A philosopher, huh? Don't you mean professional bullshitter?

How the fuck does this get twenty one views and not one person describes how funny it is? Seriously, that is classic comedy right there, where more importantly it is mocking philosophers on our philosophy website here.

That’s classic Mel Brooks for you. How can you not like a classic comedian such as Mel Brooks? Honestly? The guy was fucking hilarious back in his day.

I liked the best little whorehouse in texas.

Never seen it.

It’s got Mel Brooks, and Burt Reynolds and the guy who played the mechanic on the Andy Griffith show. Basically, there’s a whorehouse, called the chicken ranch, and it’s like a big tradition in the community and a fixture of the town, then the owner dies, and his goodie goodie brother inherits it, and he has all these moral dilemmas and wants to close it down, then he changes his mind, I can’t remember why. He probably fell in love with a whore, then Mel Brooks comes out as this dude who has one of those expose tv shows, and he’s doing a whole series to try and shut the whorehouse down, so then they have this whole battle over that and there’s tits flying around and a lot of whores in the movie. I think they may sing songs sometimes, like leaning toward a musical, but they’re songs about whores, so it’s kinda ok, and they don’t do it the whole time. You’d really like it. “Texas…has a whorehouse in it!”, “LORD OF MERCY LORD OF SOULS!!!” Great song.

Another good movie about whorehouses is called “night shift” basically, The Fonz, and Michael Keaton work at a morgue and turn it into a whorehouse. It’s from the 80s. fantastic example of American film. I met the Fonz once and was standing there about to take a pic w/ him and Donny Most, (ralph from happy days), I whispered in his ear right before the camera went off, “night shift, greatest film of all time. It changed my life. I mean it.” And the Fonz cracked up so I got a picture of him laughing his ass off, then Ralph Mouth started laughing too because the movie is…technically…the low point of the Fonz’s career.

That looks mildly amusing. I’ll have to check that movie out.
