So they can just go around shooting anyone they want to. All they have to do is claim they had a gun.
He interfered with Federal agents (coming between a protestor and an agent).
He put his hands on a Federal agent.
He did not obey commands.
He resisted arrest.
He was conceal carrying a gun, which became disarmed, and officers shouted “GUN GUN GUN GUN!”
Some of the officer did not see the gun being disarmed and presumed a deadly threat.

From what I’ve heard so far, it sounds to me that
- The Rittenhouse thing is not analogous or parallel to this story.
- ICE may have broken the law by shooting the guy.
whistles like a ref That’s not what the video shows. The ICE agent pushed him, and he complied by walking backward, but continued to video the mistreatment of peaceful protesters, so they started spraying everyone with pepper spray and took him down.

Kyle Rittenhouse was brandishing an assault rifle during a Riot with the intention to protect private property (associated with his friends and family) from leftists like @Carleas @Flannel_Jesus @Peter_Kropotkin and the other active dozen Leftists on this forum who Burned, Looted, and Rioted during the St. Floyd riots. Subsequently, Rittenhouse was attacked by a band of pedophiles, creeps, scum, ex-convicts, of the lowest order possible, as is typical among the Left.
Even today, with these recent Leftist deaths, they too are protecting Illegal Immigrant ex-convicts, felons, and again, scum of the lowest order. That is the Modus Operandi of the Far-Left. It is why @promethean75 is a Leftist, because ex-cons stick together whenever possible… except when it comes to President Trump. It’s only okay when Leftists commit crimes and break laws. But it’s NOT okay when Rightwingers do so.
This demonstrates a two-tier “Justice” system in the West. Democrats believe they are above the law, which is why they also believe they can drive away from Federal Officers, OR, in the case of Renee Good, assault them with her car. OR, in the case of Alex Pretti, conceal a loaded weapon at a protest, while resisting arrest.
Protests are NOT the same thing as riots. But this requires a moderate level of IQ to understand.

- Alex Pretti was resisting arrest.
- Interfering with law enforcement.
- Illegally conceal carrying (at a Protest).
3a. You’re not allowed to conceal carry at organized Protests. - Alex Pretti was legally disarmed by an undercover officer.
4a. Alex Pretti’s gun malfunctioned accidental discharged after being disarmed. - Alex Pretti’s gun firing caused the other police officers to begin shooting.
It doesn’t seem like it, but, it was another Clean Shoot. Leftists are wrong, and deserve to be crushed for their lies, deceptions, and gaslighting.
I’m not defending Alex Pretti’s shooting as a “clean shoot”. Sounds like law enforcement slop where the officer who disarmed them accidentally discharged the weapon.
Ultimately it is the Leftists to blame because Minnesota wants to commit Sedition against the Federal Government and are inciting these riots and attacks against ICE. If ICE had a safe environment and cooperation from Law Enforcement none of this would have happened. Local Minnesota Law Enforcement is joining in the Sedition and Insurrection against the Federal Government ICE.
And what exactly are Leftists fighting for anyway? The right to illegal aliens in this country, a Jewish agenda to create multiculturalism slop in this country, to depopulate whites in this country.
