Now, I don’t believe that Israel caused those wars. The US, the neocons, various corporations, Wall St., they were the prime movers. But this government you and Socrates consider to be responding in a balanced and fair way, they wanted those wars and did all they could to encourage them. Now since it seems impossible for certain people not to react in predictable ways:
I do not think Israel was the key factor and I don’t think Jews are responsible for what the Israeli government does. Unlike you I don’t conflate citizens and the governments that don’t give a shit about their own citizens either.
But that government, the one that has been killing many more Palestinians than the reverse for decades - and that’s only one thing they do (direct military and police violence) - really wanted those wars that you hate. They really wanted them, even after seeing what happened in earlier ones they also wanted.

It’s clever not to mount a full argument. To imply the argument.
So, here we have a post by an Israeli diplomat Dan Poraz who once used a video of teenagers in Jordan messing around to ‘prove’ that Palestinians faked funerals. And he was caught doing this - though he may have been duped himself. But it wouldn’t surprise me if people have faked videos, though this cuts both ways.
The idea VM is putting out is this is fake so the statistics are way off. Like the organizations that come up with the statistics are unaware of this possibility. Like it is so common to do this there aren’t really vastly higher numbers of deaths for Palestinian children.
But this is all implied because if you write it out all the assumptions are easier to see.
Whew, i just can’t see the problem or why all the fuss. The problem solves in two possible outcomes.
Either both the Jewish and Arabic governments are understood as illegitimate because they are not marxist, and therefore, neither side deserves any support… or… not just that, but that being the case, the only purpose of any attention to the problem at all would be to encourage both the jewish and arabic working classes to revolt against their governments.
If neither of these conclusions are reached, any discussion of the problem is a giant flounder and waste of unprecious time (in ya’lls case).
