Dignity and reputation. Give some examples of how that could be the case and perhaps you’ve answered your own question? However, if you cannot answer the question, perhaps you are guessing wrong. Perhaps it speaks more about what all of your possible guesses have to say about you and not the other person. Perhaps you are the one holding yourself responsible when they have been over it for quite some time? Or were never not over it in the first place. If that makes sense.
Perhaps a woman feels scorned because somebody is teasing them? Or is perceived to be teasing them? Is it out of revenge? Is it so she feels the way she made other people feel? Is the assumption that she never felt it in the first place? Or is the assumption that she was not justified in not prioritizing the way she supposedly made them feel?
Why is it that a man always feels his feelings are completely 100% justified and that it is someone else’s responsibility that they feel that way? Why is it not OK when a woman feels that way? Or is this less about men and women and more about humans in general?
Perhaps what will suss all of this out are some concrete, particular examples or scenarios that actually happened that would present this situation for better examination?

I did it in jr high.
I thought I was a fucking genius. I never made women uncomfortable. I thought they’d have sex with me over the men who made them uncomfortable.
Much to my dismay, they only picked men who made them uncomfortable… we all had the same goal.
That’s when I discovered the no means yes problem.
That’s when I realized other men and women had no free will. The bell curve problem.
They all fit into statistics.
