Bush "believes he is on mission from God in Iraq!"

So says Jalal Talabani to The Herald!

He claims Bush told him that he was “driven from a mission from God. God would tell me…George, go and fight those terrorists in Afghanistan. And I did. And then God would tell me…George, go and end the tyranny in Iraq. And I did.”

What is to be done! If Bush does indeed believe he is recieving personalised “messages” from God, what can I think!

perhaps while George is asleep, members of his cabinet come playing tapes of “GODS WISHES” (i.e. a deep powerful well modulated voice) with the intention of inscribing in Goerge’s mind the notion that he is, indeed, having Holy Conversations with The Big Yin.

Or perhaps George asks his wife - “If you hear a voice but see no person, that is God, right?” - She replies: “No, not necessarily honey, it could be the voice of someone in the next room or from the television or something else entirely” George looks grave, confused, deeply tormented, and lets out a flat “O…right…”

of course the propagandists will make bush look like a crusader… what else do you expect…

Of course they will make him out to be a Crusader…I wonder if he does actually think he is though…:astonished:

Nah, my first guess would be that they make him look schizophrenic.

The picture in the Guardian is a typical example of propaganda
