Charges Dropped

On february 18th, a friend of mine and I beat the shit out of a guy who stole some things from me. We also emptied an entire can of gel-pepper spray into his face in a most disturbing way. It was an ugly scene, and I ended up calling the cops to arrest the guy. It was the same day that he stole my shit. It was the 3rd time the cops were called that day. I had photos of him doing the deed that were taken by my neighbor.

I was charged with two felonies. So was my friend.

We were big time assholes to the cops for being such incompetent fucks.

Today all my charges were dsimissed by a grand jury, and I got my pistol permit back.

So if you come any of you guys come to rob me, I’ll beat and torture you, and possible shoot you, then call the cops, and in the long run, I’ll totally get away with it.

Assholes beware. There are crazier people than you in the world, and you’d better not fuck up and get caught stealing from them.

I just came back to my trusty gun safe and armed myself to the teeth.

Good times. Good times.

good for you! justice in america…

congrats Smears but ,ummm, don’t you think you might be a bit too enthusiastic??? I mean that stream of drool on the corner of your mouth makes you a bit rabid lookin there my friend. :sunglasses:

I’ve just carried a concealed weapon for about 8 years now, and for the last 6 months my permit’s been revoked. I’m uncomfortable when I’m unarmed.

Why did you not make one? Nope can’t tell details that would involve this site and I won’t do that. But its easy to do if you have a brain and knowledge of guns. You got all the right stuff laying around your house.

I can make a zip gun if that’s what you’re talking about. I used to do that when I was a kid alot.

They didn’t take my guns, just my permit though.

Since they took the pistol permit, I’ve been riding around w/ a ruger mini 30 in my back seat.

I’ve always been paranoid.

Now I can neatly tuck the old 1911 .45 under the seat and it’s much easier not having to explain to everyone who gets into my car.

Where do you live that you have to have a permit to carry one?

Alabama. I’m just talking about a concealed carry permit. I can carry rifles of shotguns in by back seat or trunk. It’s just nice to have a handgun when I’m going to the mall or the bank, and they make you have a permit for that.

why do you need to conceal it? why not just wear it in a regular holster? Or is there some strange loophole that says a holster is concealing?

You can’t even carry one in your car here without a concealed carry permit. I think you can carry it in the open only if you’re on your own land or something, or your business, or if you’ve got the permission of the owner, like if you were going to hunt or something. But even then, to drive there, you have to have a permit. And I’m pretty sure you can’t just walk down the street with an exposed weapon.

mandated overcoats huh?

Hear Hear!

Have you read all the laws completely? Gov’ts are great at implying something is a law when it is not a law. If there is a concealed permit then there has to be something about wearing an exposed gun. Or not. And read the concealed law completely. Your city laws are probably online along with the definitions. If you are going to be armed it is in your best interest to know the laws totally. In Tucson you needed a concealed weapons permit if you carried it concealed but, if you wore it in a holster exposed you did not need any permit. You just wore it. Now its my understanding that the laws there have changed. But, since you are in Alabama, they might not be changed yet. I see guns all the time here in South Miss. And you are our neighbor so… You all watching Gustov? Or are you a Northern Southener?

I don’t know who gustav is. I was born in a ghetto hospital in birmingham in 1979. It was eventually sued into bankruptcy and has since been torn down.

Don’t sweat Gustov then you are a North enough that it bears no danger nor interest. Its just another hurricane heading this way. Alabama, Miss, and Louisiana may get hit by him , It looks like though it may hit La. more than us. We will be on the bad side again.

Don’t you just love how complex they make those laws, which of course must involve money :unamused: They say corporations own this country,Hahhhh, its lawyers, they are the only ones that can make heads or tails out of what is written and folks trust them to do so.

Scott, this is not the first thread you have discussed your possessions being stolen. I’m thinking you have too much money for your own good. Charity?
