Context; Examined; Unexamined; Asserted Context
Examination of a context requires an unexamined context, by which the other is analyzed, thus resulting in the examined context being a configuration of the unexamined as the examined is filtered by the unexamined.
This results in examination as less of a truth value and more of an assertion of the unexamined.

This happens inversely when the examined context changes the the unexamined does not:

Regardless the answer of the examination is a direct result of the fixed point applied, be it E as fixed or U as fixed.
What remains however is the assertion of the unexamined as determining the unfolding of the examined, thus the answer is a biproduct of scaling assumption of the unexamined.
Inversely the examine determines what is revealed about the unexamined.
The examined was previously unexamined until another unexamined was applied a point to measure it by the act of relation. In these respects what the answer reveals is the relation of assumptions.
Regardless of the nature of being assumptions a distinction of the relation occurs as O effectively resulting in nesting assumptions as the level of appearance but at a meta-level the nesting of distinctions.
The nature of O is thus revealed as assumption by measures that acknowledge the assumption, and is revealed as a distinction by measures that acknowledge the distinction.

What remains invariant is asserted distinctions thus any notion of true or false is secondary to the context itself; context is a fixed point, this fixed point scales.
