Okay, Iāve still got a little bit of left over chow fun.
I made beef with salsa and cheese to add to the dish.
The beefy version seems a little bit better than the
regular rendition. I got shaved a little while ago.
Iāve got tea on the pot as well.
Thatās all good news, i figure.
I plan to do more things in the future.
I recently had broccoli beef.
I cooked it at Edwardās house.
Broccoli, colliflower, cheddar, beef, salsa.

I treated myself to a ātandoori-chicken, poppadom and onion bhajiā OMAD dinner earlier.. it was deliciously divine, but has left me feeling quite stuffed. ..not a feeling Iāve been used to in a very long while..

I want to make bean burrito deluxe.
Iām not sure when. But I think I can do it.
Iāll probably share those with Edward.

Earlier today, i got 2 portions of strawberry cheesecake.
The restaurant did it perfectly. But it was $20.
Hereās the burrito plan:
2 cans of refried/mashed pinto beans.
1 jar of salsa
1 small sour cream
1 bag shredded cheese
1 fried onion
1 chopped fresh tomato
1 clump of fresh garlic
Served on tortilla or possibly served with buttered millet.
Start with a base of homemade beans using pre-soaked, slow-cooked pinto beans, olive oil, preferred spices, and ham hocks. Drain and mash up the cooked beans before you put the ham hock meat (removed from the cooked, slightly cooled hocks) back in there. You will have the best damn burritos yāever had in yālife!
Okay, so, iāve made the burrito components.
However, instead of using a tortilla, i used lettuce.
I also had more wild-berry tea.
So far so good. Itās tasty and i guess a bit healthy too.
Who knows what ill be doing in the future.
Maybe chow fun, with mixed veg.
This bean burrito mix is lasting longer than I had expected.

Turns out, wont be seeing Dennis for a week.
This Thursday and next Sunday, regular JW meetings
are off, due to the big recent assembly.
I just ate sappuro ichiban soup.
I had the original flavor type, and then i added veg broth from a different product.
So, i tried a bag of salad, with caesar, french and jalapeno ranch.
It was really nice.
I have pasta, tomato sauce, and lamb meat balls.
I will give those to Dennis tonight before the JW meeting.
I had more of that garden salad with 3 dressings.
This time I had smoke house mayo instead of Caesar dressing,
but i had just enough ranch and french.
Itās 4:35pm as i write this.
I took a bath recently.
I also got raw cashews, gummy fruit worms,
dried apple rings, and slices of dried kiwi.
I got them at Bulk Barn, and i told John he
can have some too. But leave around half
for me. I think thatās fair.
John may have some kind of food restrictions after a surgery.
So today I bought for him, a 6 pack of ensure.
I hope he likes it.
I just ate hot dogs, dan veg rice, cheese, tomato and salsa.
It was tasty, but now im stuffed.
Iām trying to decide whether i have chef boyardee ravioli,
or compliments garden salad, tomorrow.
Maybe one of each ?
Iām planning now, to make a deconstructed cheese burger deluxe.
Beef, Kraft burger sauce, fried onions, fried garlic, pickles, tomatoes.
On bread of any kind/variety. Mayo and mustard also would be on it.
Mixed into a bowl and served with a big spoon.
I think this is a good idea.
And John is a kind of person who could use a little boost.
Other people, like Dennis, are well off, and donāt really need
my food, even though they appreciate it. But John both
appreciates and needs the food bonus.
ā¦do you chop the bread up into bite-size pieces or something? and the patty? and everything else?
I guess that kind of reminds me of a taco salad.
