I know mine is.
But the technology aimed at eradicating it is no doubt for generations younger than my own. Probably yours too. And just think of how immortality will change the way we think about, well, let’s just say lots of things.

Oblivion. That does seem to be a place where coming “down to earth” might be less a problem.
You can’t “bring anything down to Earth” until you reach up to where it is.

We’ll need free energy technology to go along with the larger population and hopefully some time after we can get rid or reduce of the need to eat which would save countless masses of animals and forests. That would be in an ideal world though.
