Donald Trump creates executive order to remove homeless off the streets

I didn’t vote for him, with that being said there’s a lot of economic illiteracy and most of the time I think it is an intentional development.

It’s also because California is the only state that gives homeless people $300.00 cash per month. No other state in the entire union does that.

But yeah, weather is also a factor. Elsewhere homeless people freeze to death during winter time which happens yearly, so it makes sense people would flock to the warmer areas of the nation.

Hmm I guess California isn’t a total dystopia like I thought.

But RealUn is not completely wrong about California, there are some elements which cause the homelessness, not directly from right-wing states.

  • The high number in California is largely driven by severe housing shortages and extremely high housing costs, not simply its warm climate. Studies show differences in homelessness rates nationwide correlate strongly with housing affordability rather than levels of poverty, mental illness, or addiction.
  • However, homelessness is a nationwide issue and not exclusive to “right-wing states.” In fact, some less expensive states with very low housing costs have far lower homelessness rates, despite having significant social challenges.

300 bux a month is nice but its far too low to afford housing. Lack of affordable housing prices are the main cause of homelessness in my opinion. And also the hypergamy culture of demanding all males have a place of their own or else force them to be incels. And thirdly dysfunctional families where people do not want to live with their own family, which is actually the normal thing for people to do throought history, but no longer in capitalist modernity. Fourthly its greed. If the population rate doesn’t increase then there should be enough houses for everyone, but people are forbidden in living in empty houses due to greed. Instead they would rather bulldoze the environment and destroy habitats. So they can create more “jobs”.

This executive order is another challenge to the 14th amendment. The due process clause protects an individuals right to make make decisions about their own own medical care, including the right to refuse treatment. This right is also linked to the constitutional right to privacy, which is recognized in many state constitutions and court decision decisions. So this is another case of the Trump administration trying to expand presidential power. The order has already been challenged by the ACLU.

It doesn’t really matter, there was a Supreme Court decision in favor of the homeless that was against the cruel and unusual punishment of people concerning people having the right to sleep on the streets unharrassed by the police. This is due to homeless people being chased all night from spot to spot by either police or municipal security organizations depriving people the ability to sleep forcing people to constantly be on the move. The joke on the streets is that if you’re constantly moving the police can’t arrest you, it’s only if you’re immobile in one spot for far too long that it is considered trespassing on private property even if it’s a public sidewalk.

The state legislatures just ignored the Supreme Court ruling for several decades and instead left it up to state governments to do what they wanted instead. Nobody cares about poor people or the very vulnerable powerless in this nation, instead we make it a sport to ritualistically humiliate people because the so called Christian morals or values of this nation in terms of charity and forgiveness is completely hypocritically absent. Amoral indifference and ruthlessness followed by greed along with constant avarice is the hallmark of modern American culture.

This nation is about power and ruthlessly crushing the powerless, that’s what American culture is.

But the Supreme court seems powerless.
Even when its demands are met, it STILL MATTERS.

The situation is that Trump has imposed a completely arbitrary and fake state of exception, *
And his DICTATES called executive orders are in place until the court has time to reject and challenge them. This is no way to run a country.

Here’s an example.

Musk’s thugs occupied The American Institute of Peace ( AIOP). They locked out the staff and sequestered all assets. A bunch of spotty nerds set up shop; stole all the data and deleted there servers.

It was only later that after the court acted it was pointed out that AIOP was in independant instituion and operated from private legacies and their own funds - not TAX BUCKS.

When eventually the staff were allowed back in the building was trashed with piles of takeaway trash and infested with rats.

This is no way to run a country.
The AIOP never cost the Tax payer a dime - but the legal complications and compensation for this fiasco is going to cost..

  • A state of exception is when the government temporarily suspends the rule of law in order to deal with a crisis, such as war, natural disaster, or civil unrest.

I’m with you, up until this point. I don’t believe it’s purely economic. I believe there are much deeper reasons, including human nature. Although a booming economy DOES help, it is not the be-all end-all factor. I believe that a good, strong family upbringing is the greatest attribute. And this is demonstrated in poor Illegal Immigrants, specifically Mexican families, who cram in 7 or 10 family members into a single home… meaning they are NOT homeless. They work together, despite being in poverty.

And as it tends to go in USA, they do rise up out of poverty after 1 or 2 generations, where their children learn fluent English in public schools. These examples far outshine the typical white-homeless drug-addict in California, who simply destroy their own lives with meth, fent, heroin, etc. AND the lives of everybody around them.

That’s simply not true, at all. Leftists produce the most homeless in the US, ESPECIALLY because they advocate and promote drug-abuse, and enable it, within their own stated ideology and political groups.

It was the Leftwing that heavily promoted a mandatory Vaccine during the Pandemic, YOU INCLUDED Scalptor, so don’t be a lying idiot hypocrite.

Another point, the Western Leftwing hates the “white nuclear family unit” and wants to see it destroyed. Drug-abuse is just another vehicle of your political team’s methods of achieving such.

Trump Administration Plans to Force Millions More Seniors and People With Disabilities to Travel to Social Security’s Overburdened Field Offices

JULY 29, 2025, 1:07 PM

| BY KATHLEEN ROMIG AND DEVIN O’CONNOR

The Social Security Administration (SSA) is overwhelming its local offices by forcing millions more people to seek in-person service while cutting thousands of staff who provide that help. These offices, which primarily serve seniors, people with disabilities, and bereaved families, helped nearly 32 million visitors last year. But under a new policy set to take effect in August, beneficiaries will be forced to take millions of unnecessary trips to field offices, where they will face longer waits for appointments and slower processing times.

As of mid-August, SSA will no longer allow Social Security beneficiaries to perform routine tasks solely by phone — changing their addresses, checking the status of claims, requesting benefit verification letters, or asking for tax forms — as they’ve been able to do for decades. Instead, beneficiaries seeking to complete those tasks by phone will need to complete a multi-factor, multi-step online verification process to generate a one-time PIN code to help prove their identity.

The new PIN code process will be impossible for many beneficiaries to complete. And if they can’t, they’ll need to travel to a field office. That will require 3.4 million more people to travel to SSA offices annually, by the agency’s own estimates. This will create a significant new burden, particularly for those who live in rural areas or have transportation or mobility difficulties.

This policy will put more old and disabled people on the street and in the grave as Trump makes it more difficult for them to obtain disability benefits a process which already can take years.

I agree that neoliberals are ideological hypocrites in that in their own states they declare themselves lite socialists while trampling all over the homeless or ignoring them altogether.

But with that being said, neoconservatives are far worse in republican states because they refuse to even look at homeless people as human beings. In a neoliberal democratic state a homeless person is thrown a bagel and politely told to fuck off somewhere afterward, in a neoconservative republican state, you’re just considered human garbage or waste needing publicly removed by the police.

At the end of the day neoliberals and neoconservatives are both economic capitalists, when you have a system that is ruthlessly capitalistic in every segment of society you have an endless domestic homeless population as a direct result.

Democrats legalize the drugs and open the borders, republicans lick the boots of capitalists making damn sure the poor remain poor in perpetuity. Has been the pogrom since Ronald Reagan but getting significantly worse every four years since as a direct result.

Every four years I think to myself, “Surely all of this can’t get any worse, right?”

And every four years I am amazed that the gravity of this corrupt morally bankrupted society of ours hasn’t collapsed yet. When this nation does finally go down it will be quick overnight and it will crash down hard with no salvation in sight.

You’ve got a point there…

Also, a lot of our current state in the US of A comes from our “Golden Age” ending. Capitalists have squeezed out most if not all the juice, and now the troughs drying up around the country. We are far from the Boomer generation, where they could work a gas station job and afford a house and car. The skyrocketing housing costs are proof of the economic downturn.

Nope that is Japanese culture and Japan. Hyper capitalist culture

America is the Land of Confusion and Hypocrisy. People want homeless off the streets because it makes them uncomfortable and conflicts with their idealization of America as the egalitarian land of Opportunity and Equality. This is exemplified with your revelation of the Federales doing one thing and the State doing the exact opposite.
