Duty is an act you are obligated to do; a choice which is impermissible for you to fail to make.
Why should we do all the work for you? If you really want to know, at least venture a guess yourself.
Duty is the result of loyalty on the part of the inferior combined with understanding on the part of the superior. Religious duty, then, is a submission of the individual student to the democracy of the dead – a honing of the practitioner’s understanding/action in light of the obligations of their religion as it has been understood.
Change is of course possible because we are subjects to many masters in the modern world. How we balance the duties obliged upon us by those narratives is the locus of that change. But oftentimes that leads to a co-optation of one or more narratives in the service of others. That isn’t necessarily a bad thing, but when it is done dishonestly (which it often is) and covertly (which it almost always is) it can be very problematic.

I am familier with duty.Suppose you are a k.g. teacher ,your pupils are cute children of 5 age group,then your degree of graduation that is your ability identification is meaningless at that instant,why?
Because knowing of everything is not enough.If you are unable to expound the concept,then believe me you are a graduate fool or a big disgrace in the name of your knowledge.
If you are mr. know all and unable to solve that,x+x=2x,then it’s not your fault.Sometimes people use to cram the concept without reason it.

Mayest Duty, in the higher sense (which is what clearly interests you), be understood as MOTION (development, change, act, deed) perpetuated due to INNER MOTIVE, and not outer conditions and necessities.
I habitually simplify and divide Man into two equal onto-halves: the inner man and the outer. This is a useful mode of operation.
Duty in our new understanding will stand separate and distinct from mere compulsion and debt.

That depends on the inclinations and capabilities of the person.
Assume a kindergarden bifurcational model of Man: each element in the sequence has two branches, as follows:
Man is…
- body, and
- mind.
Body is…
- controllable (conscious/sensitive/active)
- autonomous (unconscious/insensitive/passive)
Mind is…
- controllable (conscious/sensitive/active)
- autonomous (unconscious/parasensitive/passive)
Let us now, very simply, consider the Life of Man, laid bare in the somewhat questionable light of this primitive scheme. It is “suddenly” seen by us to consist of two lives:
- controllable (conscious/sensitive/active)
- autonomous (unconscious/omnisensual/passive)
And indeed, in line with our conjecture, each man, hardly anybody will deny, has a natural separation inherent in him, by which he differentiates easily and clearly between his so-called Inner Life and his so-called Outer Life.
Consider how these pairings look next to each other: Science(Knowledge) vs Co-nscience, Acting vs Being, Debt or Law vs Duty.

According to my view point inclination is a cause of capability.
Whenever you are inclined towards a goal yourself produces a wave and this wave catches the right viberation which makes yourself able for that.
