With a recent software update, the default editor changed. You can access the old editor by clicking a switch at the upper right above the text input area, here:
The new default is now a ‘rich text’ editor (like Microsoft Word), instead of a plaintext editor with markdown alongside a WYSIWIG view. I can understand the motivation behind the change (official announcement is here), but personally I prefer the old ways.
Whichever version you select will persist across posts.
As I am old, I am simply going to wait for the
English translation of whatever you said….

If it doesn’t bother you, you can ignore this thread.
If it does, you can change it back by clicking the little letter ‘A’ in the upper left above the box.

I personally prefer the “old” ways as well, by the way.
I immediately turned it off, older feature better on my end.

The new editor is shit, can’t quote entries from one thread to a different thread.
This isn’t true, I’m not sure what you’re doing wrong (and I notice you’re suspended so it will be a while before we find out), but you can quote from one topic to another in exactly the same way as before.

I guess I have yet to read what he was suspended for posting.
His profile says racism, so that’s a big hint I’d say. 
Suspended for speaking his mind, and the powers that be didn’t like it no doubt.
