I was talking to my oldest son and we were trying to think of a property all existents have. We called it existence. Existents which/who exist existence are existing existence. Only one existent fully exists existence—every other existent gets their existence from that existent…by existing it in accordance with the existence with which they were made an existent. Organisms being themselves ordered, can only perceive patterned energies…converting them to things, images sounds, matter….
They mistake the cosmos as being entirely and completely ordered, even presuming that chaos is complexity, since whatever cannot be processes is interpreted as void and dark.
So, whatever falls outside an organism’s perceptual abilities (acuity) is interpreted similarly to what lacks a pattern to be perceptible.

All perceptible energies are interpreted relative to the organic brain’s processing speeds, based on its systolic/diastolic cellular rhythms.
Whatever is faster relative to the processing brain, is prcived as liquid or gaseous….if it is very fast it is not perceived at all - like the light spectrum. Whatever falls outside the ultraviolet, infrared is perceived as darkness.
Whatever is slower, is perceived as hard, as matter, as solid…and, of course, if it too slow it isn’t perceived at all.
This pertains to patterned energies.
Non-Patterned - chaotic - energies are not perceived at all…other than via patterned energies and how they interact. These are also interpreted as darkness, void…no-thingness, literally, since there are no patterns present to be interpreted as ‘things’
So, chaos can be perceived through its affect on patterned energies.
