You seem to care only about the elite, but not today’s present elite which you detest. You dream about the historical past where you wish the elites of the past are the elites of the future.
For me leaders exist to serve the people, not the other way around. I don’t share your enthusiasm for elitism.
The well being for a majority of people is what I ultimately care about.
The Truth of the matter, Mr. A. is that you’re setting yourself up an easy mark for nut jobs like Killakrackass. You’re advocating a dictatorship guised as “communist” (just like Stalin, Pol Pot and others). (Also sometimes referred to as “state capitalism”.)
So Killakrackas has a field day refuting your arguments that society is going to improve under it. A sensible person believes in democratic communism (or else democratic socialism if it were the case that communism isn’t realistic for a large complex society). So called “Free market Capitalism” is for voodoo believers and aristocracy is for elitist imbeciles who can’t competently tie their own shoes so they need landless indentured serfs to do it for them.
Your system is a poster child for capitalists because Stalinist fascism in Russia was no better than capitalist fascism in Germany. People like Killakrackass love to say that all communism and socialism necessarily can’t survive because it is a fact that dictatorships quickly cave into special interests because “party members” in a Stalinist society are little different than capitalists are in a capitalist society. They don’t allow workers to control their own industries and destinies. If workers aren’t in democratic control of their places of work, then they are little different from landless serfs.

I have my reasons for being against democracy which is why I support a dictatorship and of course I readily accept criticism from supporters of democracy which just becomes natural embracing my position.
I describe my ideal system as national state communism but one where there is a charter and a sort of government constitution so that the autocrat leading the nation cannot abuse the people living in it. Then there is the inner political party that runs the bureaucracy of the government, the military, and the police force of the nation.
In my ideal state of national communism the revolutionary members of the inner party are intellectuals, philosophers, and thinkers fighting for the Marxist communist cause.
Ultimately everything is state property and the inner political party’s sole purpose is to make sure that all civilians or citizens are treated fairly under Marxist philosophical economic ideals.
In my nation there would be no homelessness and we would do everything to eradicate poverty everywhere. Education and healthcare would be free.
Public welfare would be supported for the elderly or disabled.
The nation would be ruled by an iron fist, but one out of love, duty, protection, and caring of the nation state regarding all people that live in it.
I am against free market capitalism preferring central planning, organization, and management of virtually everything.
My organization similar to the KGB would make quick results of any political party members becoming corrupt interfering with the livelihood of the nation’s citizens. They can try to abuse power but they would find themselves made an example of very quickly.
Sounds like China. China has political stability right now and is having good times relative to what they once had under past leaders, but that might be because capitalist corporations are flocking to China to take advantage of the educated but cheap labor. If that cheap labor isn’t kept cheap, then corporations will flock to someplace that will enforce cheap labor for them. Do we know that China wouldn’t sink back into Maoism or become the equivalent of N. Korea if that happens. The same thing that has happened to the US (capitalist flight) may happen to China if its people ever gain a voice to demand better living and working conditions for themselves.
