How you gonna stop gayness from happening? We’d have difficulty claiming that the way a society is arranged (its modes of production/consumption, etc.) determines whether or not there will be gayness in it because there’s been gayness in every gotdamn one since the Quest For Fire days.
Except maybe for a genuine marxist society, which hasn’t been tried yet. It may be that however a marxist society works, it tends not to produce gayness. We wouldn’t know, though.
Next is the problem of biological gayness… gayness that originates and manifests in natural terms like hormonal attraction to the same sex. This wouldn’t be a ‘learned’ gayness like the gayness in a culture like western liberalism. Most of our fancy pants weren’t born with the gayness but picked it up as a lifestyle choice made under duress in the fog of conflict, confusion, and disappointment.
So maybe we could try a marxist society and use genetic science to identify and eliminate the genes that cause the natural gayness.
Also, what happens if these people are SO life-affirming that every perfect working class family starts havin’ like eight kids?
You gonna trust ‘natural selection’ to work it all out somehow? Or do we gotta put a cap on kid-number? If so, that’s a restriction of freedom some folks might not like. Or perhaps you could convince everyone that they shouldn’t want more than x kids. You’d have to go as hard as Plato though because you’d have to explain everything if you’ve been pressed to explain that much.
If they’re productive members of society where they can afford to properly take care of their children I don’t see a problem.
Natural selection says having children is good in terms of biological survival. For too long capitalists have utilized Social Darwinian arguments of natural selection or evolution to oppress the masses everywhere with would be my response.

How do you know that? Is it your experience that you would become gay if that was the norm, what was “exemplified”? That’s not my experience of my sexuality, Im attracted to women and would be regardless of what was normal or “exemplified”, but if you feel differently, if you feel you could that easily be persuaded to be gay, I’m interested to hear about that experience.
My question was “how do you know that?” You didn’t answer. There aren’t very many options. Either you know that from personal experience, because you personally are on the precipice of becoming gay yourself, or you know it from reliable studies, or you’re just making shit up. You responded defensively so I know you don’t have a reliable study. I also know you’d never make shit up, you’re much too respectable for that wouldn’t you say? So you must be on the precipice of becoming gay yourself.
You can answer a question with another question in conversation, just so you know.

In my opinion homosexuality shouldn’t be taught to young children at all. There’s no reason for it at all and it seems only homosexuals themselves support that initiative.
I agree, I’ve stated elsewhere on here that children should largely be unconcerned by gender, and they certainly shouldn’t be concerned with sexual identity.
