I usually find some Idiot’s forum (using Google) that allows users to upload their avatar. I then use that forum as my “host” for my avatar…
In fact…I doing that right now. 
NOTE:
I will sue you if you attempt to host your avatar on my forum. 
I can’t upload my avatar the URL is not valid.
