conservatives practice uniformity… everyone must
pray to the same god, bow down to the same authorities,
the realization of the conservative dream is to fulfill
the ‘‘Stepford Wives’’ on a political, social level but
to deny it economically… hence more conflict…
the right is quite happy with the ever increasing economic
inequality that is causing a great deal of conflict in America today…
there isn’t even a pretension in America today about working
on increasing, inclusion in the ‘‘American dream’’…

Conservatives believe in competition and ‘‘natural selection’’
but their version of ‘‘natural selection’’ derives its value from
its moral judgements… ‘’‘natural selection’’ does not, as
conservatives believe it is, have a moral/ethical aspect to it…
and it is just as much about luck as it is anything else, that
allows some species to survive and other to die…
the entire idea of ‘‘natural selection’’ derives its power from
its indifference to morality… that one particular species
survives and another dies, has no specific morality or ethics…
but it often just pure luck that one species survives…
and that is the entire basis of Darwin’s idea…
that we live in a random/chance universe… in which
probability plays a greater role in our existence than
we have yet to understand it…probability and chance
has no moral or ethical basis behind it… and yet,
we can base the entire human history behind the
random nature of the universe…the very existence of life
is based on chance and probability, that is to say,
‘‘natural selection’’… to proclaim fate over chance is
to make a wrong decision about what is the universe…
and the bottom line on natural selection, despite its
dependence on chance/randomness, is that we avoid
conflict if, if we accept that we exist far more because of
chance and randomness than we exist because of god

Which is one way we can reduce conflict, by understanding
that existence is not god/fate base, but is luck/probability/chance
base…

The employer has rights and choices also.

The right to hire employees
Set business policy
Direct work
Terminate employment.

You had the freedom to choose your employer and leave if you are unhappy, but generally you are bound to adhere to the employer’s rules and direction, which you chose not to accept.
It was not your business and the employer had every right to manage it as was seen fit by them.
You come across as being narcissistic in this regard and believed your rights were above and beyond a normal employee.
You have all the time in the world to mull over different scenarios in the past at your previous work place, which will not be conducive to creating a more positive existence in the time of your “retirement”?
Why not seek further employment somewhere else, why did you not accept the transfer, why quit?

For there is no actual benefit to having a dictatorship…
for one thing, there is no such thing as self-owning,
the state/dictator owns everything… one of the other
problems also lies with monarchy… that of the monarch/
dictator, can as he/she feels like it, they can change
the laws at will… so, what is legal today, is illegal
tomorrow… there is no consistency or continuity
within a monarchy or dictatorship…
can anyone else see any positives that lie within

Well, there is Rome, and, for example, Marcus Aurelius. He was by definition, a dictator.

Also Gaddafi. I’m sure you’ve heard a lot of bad things about him, but he actually brought a fair amount of prosperity and stability to Libya..

Is Xi Jinping a dictator? Not sure, but if he is, well.. perhaps also not doing a bad job?

Dictators often have a vested interest in the prosperity of their nation, which they are not only a part of, but feel proud of and responsible for. All they all good? No, sometimes very bad, but are democratically chosen leaders not also that sometimes?
