Is the Will to Power also a Feeling (like the "feeling of free will")?

What “backpedal,” pussy galore.
Your misunderstanding is peddling in circles.

Your expectations were contradicted by the response you received.
Instead of finding fault in your expectations you find fault in the response.
Classic.
Instead of correcting what you think I am saying, correct your understanding.
Your free choice.
The odds favor the option that gratifies your original objective.
Don’t care.

You’re not the boss of me.

Snap, crackle and pop!

Karen.

Cuckoo kazoo, that one.

Past = determined (immutable)
Present (existence - dynamic, interactive) = determining. This is where will participates, as does everything that exists, in determin-ing the future.
Future = yet to be determined.

Because consciousness lags behind - due to the time required to process - man can only experience what has already been determined - after the fact - unable to accept that it has participated in its determination.

Genes (inherited impulses) + experiences (first and second hand - knowledge) + circumstantial factors (environment) + objectives (goals) + random factors (chaos) = will (controlled or not).

Will power refers to an individual’s control (focus) of his own organic energies, directing them towards his objectives.
Will power determines quantity and quality of options, relative to objectives.
This quantity and quality is a measure of a will’s ‘freedom.’

Present (presence) is bracketed by organic perceptual speeds, determining individual awareness of the present (presence). Existence.

The method used to define concepts like ‘freedom’, ‘god’, ‘morality’ determines the probability of their existence - exposing motives.
Beginning metaphysically and not from the physical, the experienced, is a nihilistic approach - inversion.
Beginning with the experienced (act) - from physis - anchors consciousness wihtin existence.
Beginning from the metaphysical liberates consciousness from presence, allowing its objectives to determine its understanding.

What is present does not have to be completely understood for it to exist.
A man does not need to understand what a star is, or how it works to know that it exists, nor does he need to udnerstand life, and how it emerges, to know that it exists.
Awareness and knowledge do not determine what exists, they determine how an organism relates to the existent, and this determines success - measured as a prolongation of consciousness.

We may not fully understand will, but our understanding is not necessary for it to exist…we experience willing in others and ourselves.
‘Strong/weak’, free/unfree’ are qualifiers - measurable, falsifiable, independently evaluated., referring to relationships - perspectives.
These value-judgements also determine success.
