The Children’s Online Privacy and Protection Act imposes certain obligations on websites that are targeted at children under the age of 13. Other relevant jurisdictions may have similar regulations.
As such, ILP is not intended for children under the age of 13, or any other age applicable in a relevant jurisdiction.
