PROBLEM
I want to be heard, i want to ask my elected leader questions, i want to ask them this week, i want the people who vote for this leader to also hear my questions as i ask them, i want the people who vote for this leader to hear this leaders response to my questions. I want this leader to be one of our group. I want to vote for a new leader if this one will not listen, i want this voted for this week. I want voting i can see, by people i know, about issues i understand (at least explained). I want to live with the people i vote with, i want to vote for the people i live with. I want to be employed with the people i live and vote with. I want to share in the wealth with the people i live and vote with.
SOLUTION
A group of people living together as a large extended family but not so large that we all can’t come together and be heard each week.(A HOUSE) The leaders of each house could come together in the same manner as the houses and vote for a regional leader. (A REPRESENTIVES HOUSE)
These regional leaders rule the world region by region.
Each region could have a university where teachers and students board, they could take on the role of the senate.(A SENATE HOUSE) The Regions would rule but there rule would have to pass through our best and brightest.
Just by putting a cap on how much wealth a House needs to be wealthy, any extra wealth could be donated to the regions Senate House.

CONCLUSION
I think that we were heading for this at one stage, and we made a lot of progress, but we lost our way through greed and corruption.
