Anyway, to bring the conversation away from Ecmandu’s mental illness for a minute, I can’t help but think there’s a connection between this and all the polls being so completely wrong, but on the other hand I have to believe the media donated just as heavily to Obama, and the polls pegged that election correctly. At the end of the day, how do you trust a media that behaves in this way? And if you don’t trust them, what the hell are they for?

How many times did I state with certainty Ohio was going Hillary and PA was 50-50? Michael Moore specializes in the people in my area, and he was freaking out. All the online polls heavily favored Trump. Everyone from outside of liberal strongholds here on this site detested Hillary. He clearly eon the debates, I explained on record in this forum’s debate threads how he was winning, and even predicted prior to the debates the exact way the debates would go- Trump would win, but the liberals would insist Hillary won, no matter how bad she did, her approval ratings would statistically rise hugger, but she blew most of her money reserves just after the DNC Convention and wouldn’t be able to push enough money in the end, and people wouldn’t believe what she was saying anymore.
I predicted all that months ago. I was merely observant, on the ground, and paid attention to all media, not just left.
The head anchor for the Young Turks was in Ohio for the convention, and he started panicking noting next to nobody was enthusiastic about Hillary. He thought it was a done deal till then.
I did a better job just posting here than CNN and MSNBC and BBCAmerica did. I stated the trust, it came out that way. Obviously those fake news sites didn’t do their damn jib and merely wanted Hillary in. CNN was outright fraudulent, the debate polls were absurd. How could I see it coming months in advance?

No, Trump dominated the first half of the first debate, and definitely won the last two. You never ever ever leave it up to guys like Only Human or Carleas to judge a winner in a debate, they learn what academia expects, but never learned how to propey debate in order to pursuade. Trump did fantastic, but the media tried to paint it as catastrophic.
I will admit, it was demoralizing as fuck seeing them push that so hard after the debates, but everyone (well, enough) took it as The Boy Who Cried Wolf and stopped listening to the media and just did their own research. Takes more than a pretty face to convince people to vote, they looked at the issues critically, doing Google searches on issues that mattered to them just prior to voting. Media was shut out of the process.
Media effects our extroverted sensing, can inform us that we need to be depressed or ecstatic, but doesn’t even rule this in full, our ability to figure out what is best for ourselves remains largely untouched (NT). That’s what this election showed. I don’t think the media can present prettier women with longer hair and nicer hair to drive their respective points home any better than now, in a constant mindfuck over months, years… people for the most part don’t go along. It nags them, hurts them, but doesn’t override more objective cognitive functions.
That’s my assessment too, but it’s interesting that one of the only polls that had Trump winning throughout the race (LA Times), judged Hillary as winning all three debates, and it wasn’t even close.
Also, speaking of Boy Who Cried Wolf, did you see Bill Maher admitting that’s what he’s done for the past 16 years, but with Trump it was ‘totally different’?

I haven’t watched politically incorrect regularly since my teens. Not really a adult oriented show, more for you late high school, early college crowd. Fills you with a lot of presumptions the mind mistakes for critical thinking. Once you learn a bit of the world, Bill Mayer becomes like any old opinionated fart.
