Oh, I misread. I tend to think of insults as aimed at people, perhaps that was why I misread, perhaps just read too fast. If you want to know how you were insulting or about what, then those can be handled by other question forms.

Not necessarily no, like a child, you should never ignore your children but also not obey them.
Just take the emotion into consideration, and rationally decide what’s best on its behalf.
Say you’re angry at a person called for example Fred, it’s very bad to stuff it away, but also to immediately and unilaterally act upon its drive and go and hurt Fred in broad daylight.

I understand what you mean but that also does not really connect rationally. If i do not act on my emotions thats equal to ignoring them (at least according to my views).
If i am very angry at someone then i consider whether its worth it for me to go to jail over it.
Since the answer will be almost every time no, i just ignore my anger because it has no point or purpose.
Or would you say that doing so in and of itself acknowledges it and im not really “ignoring” it?

Some of the saddest music is where people pretend with digital enhancements to sound happy. That stuff actually crushes my heart. That is definitely the saddest. The happiest I don’t know, maybe Bach.

About emotions, obeying vs heeding:
Emotions are not rational. Reason is a very small part of the payche, confined to the already small portion that is the ego. Emotions go down all the way, and are formed from information throughout the entire psyche.
For this reason, they are essencial. For this same reason, they are subject to all matter of distortion, certainly not subject to reason.
It comes down to whether you want to be a rational being, acting rationally, or an animal acting on the accidental residue of biological history?
It is a trick question, because to answer it, even to entretain it, is already a rational act.
I think that’s silly. Yes, people say that. How about you go back and actually respond to my on topics posts. You said I am more interested in you than in the topic. A little scan of my posts would say otherwise. I notice here that now you are responding, to something that is not the topic. Your first real focus. Now why would you focus here, but not really manage to respond much at all to me on the topic?
Because, in the things you wrote about what I wrote (generally clerical things unrelated in themselves to sexual perversion), I saw nothing to indicate a fruitful denouement.
But right at the end, as so often happens, you added that one little thing that, in my opinion, holds the key to any productive continuance, because I believe it holds your actual opinions on the subject: that I am here to insult.
If you can say what I am here to insult, it is a rasoned out quantity of thought. If you cannot, it is likely to rest in the subconscious, unexplored by rational thought, therefore even more preagnant with potential significance. If you can wrest it from there, where it desires to stay, into the light of the ego, it is my firm belief that we have long to go.
