If men all had a conference call and decided women didn’t have women’s lib anymore.
It would be so. Every woman has that hanging over their heads on earth.
It’s not fair
Women can also get on a conference call. Do men have that hanging over your heads right now? Erm… I mean… on earth.
That’s a really big ‘if’! Setting aside that most moral systems imply some level of rights, even for totally selfish and individualistic reasons it would make sense for lots of men to support women’s rights. For one thing, women like women’s rights, so supporting women’s rights would be an effective reproductive strategy.
I also appreciate @Ichthus’ point: if women could similarly overcome the massive coordination problems involved (really big ‘if’!), they would collectively wield a lot of power. Sex strikes have been used in the past and arguably been effective. In any case, individual physical strength is hardly the only force dictating social power.
The history of women’s rights movements shows that women play a leading role in claiming rights for themselves. Where women are denied rights, many women support the social order that denies them rights, and often participate in indoctrinating it and enforcing it against other women (call it internalized oppression, but there is still agency involved).
Men don’t make and could not make the rules as unilaterally as you assume.
The character of those with nukes (say) does have a lot to do with the level of recognition one’s personhood gets — which says nothing of one’s actual personhood — but which does influence one’s … well … awareness of how they are perceived by others. An intelligent flower can know it is a flower who would grow “just so” under x, y, z circumstances, and yet be unable to change those circumstances without getting nuked.
I’s primarily of biblical significance that the warning not to look back into why it is men to whom it is addressed to, guess to prevent recollection to recognize the moral in the story.

I was about 32 and she was a gorgeous 20 year old.
She told me that all of us make spiritual contracts to learn.
That made me furious even though I was calm, because she was asking me to rape her. I kicked her out of my apartment and got a male housemate.
I was very attracted to her, and I could have gotten away with raping her in cosmic court.
That’s why I so so mad at her.
I meet people quite often in my life trying to cope.
This is one of the ways people try to do it.
I sit on cosmic court and cosmic council right now.

I’m debating gods right now.
