No it is not a passive organ… You need to go study up on what the vagina can do with a penis in it. It has muscles, it has lubrications, it has scent, taste, it has total control over the penis if the woman so chooses.
Man controls the motion.
Actually the vagina does with muscle control and lubricant. The penis may enter but, the vagina dictates the movment and how satisfying it is for both the male and female.

Men not only control women through sex, men also control women through demeaning sexual language/remarks, metaphors and symbols.

Only if the woman allows the rapist the control then and then only does the rapist get what he wants. The woman has control if she is smart enough and in control of herself. Go to some sessions that teach women how to deal with rapists. Every girl should be required to attend such classes.

The benefit of the male sexual organ are social, anatomical, biological (no pregnancy, no bleeding) and flexibility(external organ is more flexible than an internal organ). The penis is associated with power, position, status, and control. Men make women do all kinds of acts with their external organ.
I guess you never heard of female circumcision.
