So now have our own military taking over our own cities. Is all this making America “great”? The irony is overwhelming. I can’t believe any Americans are in support of this.
Isn’t the NRA supposed to be distributing guns to people to fight Federal overreach? Where are all those “militias” that cropped up after the Waco Texas fiasco? Did they ever really care about freedom at all? I thought “real” Americans were against this sort of thing.
@ Peter_Kropotkin:
So to be clear, you are in favor of sending in
federal troops in every case of fraud…
Sur: Large-scale government fraud, yes.
Fraud linked to funding terrorist groups, yes.
Government fraud in general, probably yes.
K: and that kids is the conservative mind at work…
approaching a legal/judicial matter with military troops, with
violence and anger toward all… inappropriate responses to
problems by creating even greater problems with an answer
that makes no sense under any context…How does the invasion
of Minn, MAGA?
.
..but this involves terror-group funding and god knows what else.
.
Did you know/fun fact.. Western anti-terror squads thwart thousands of planned terror/attacks each year, while we’re all sleeping safe and sound in our beds at night.. they follow the intelligence leads that their intelligence teams have gathered over months, uncovering some unbelievably-horrific plans in the process.
Surya Loka:
..in wanting their cities crime/fraud-free and its citizens safe?
Those opposing that are the joke, Gary.
K: and there again lies the problem… you have created a false
problem and tried to fix it with a bogus solution… so, according
to you, Minnesota is the greatest place for crime in America today?
there is more crime in Minn than in another other place in America?
Which leads us to the second, one of many problems, how
does a military invasion of Minnesota keep its citizens safe?
How exactly does that work? Soldiers are not trained in
such duties… that is not what soldiers do nor are they
expected to do such duties… they fight the enemy,
who exactly is the enemy in Minnesota? who are they fighting?
Surya Loka:
Even thwarted terror-attacks don’t swerve Peter from his despotic path of protestations.
.Let’s make our countries safe/safet again..
K: and how does turning America into a police state make us safe?
secondly, you can turn virtually anything into a terrorist attack…
I went to the mailbox… Ahhhhh, Kropotkin is making a
terrorist attack… see how easy that was…
So, in your world, the only way to make cities/states safe,
is through turning to a police state? is that what you are saying?
Unbelievable. Trump’s base is probably composed of the same people who were yelling “support the troops” when people were out protesting the invasion of Iraq. And the same people who would rally to the NRA’s constant virtue signalling about buying guns to prevent government oppression. Now we get a truly oppressive government, and not a peep out of the NRA crowd. You can’t make stuff like this up. Literally, the right is a cynic’s parody of itself. What a joke.

K: one of the problems, one of the many problems with conservatives,
is that logical consistency isn’t part of what they do… if they thought
about it for a second, they would realize their incredible problems
with their own logic… they are in favor of a police state, but demand
their own freedom to reject science, masks, freedom for others,
guns… logic is not their strong suit… making sense isn’t
really their strong suit… just making shit up, right down
their alley
[CORRECTION] I recall asking why Britain’s authorities weren’t prosecuting rape offenders when they were clearly suspect and that immigrant status shouldn’t affect an investigation into such a thing (which some claim is the case in Britain, that immigrants are getting off the hook), however, I was not making it all about immigrants. I was clarifying that no one should be excused if they commit rape including immigrants. I also recall that it’s not just immigrants who are guilty of such crimes, which seems to be the battle cry of the right in Britain currently that they are. Is there something wrong with my position on the issue?
These mass-immigrations are impoverishing the West.. lack of regular cash coming in debilitates a person’s ability for self-determination and autonomy.

K: two things, one, how do these ‘‘mass-immigrations’’ impoverish the west?
Show us how this works… two, this second statement is actually
correct but I would suggest that it is the system itself, capitalism
that prevents this lack of ‘‘regular cash’’ that debilitates a person
autonomy and self-determination… and has nothing to do with
‘‘mass immigrations’’ at all…I would argue that immigrations are
a net plus in a country, not a negative…
Erm.. the taxpayer foots the bill for each and every initiative.. us and only us.
.
From my first premise, above^, we arrive at this second premise, in that citizens’ cash-flow is being diverted from our pockets to pay for ‘all and sundry’.
.
I disagree, but am open to hearing ‘how so’?
Countries used to be places we grew up and resided in, but now countries are corporations.. no-one voted for things to be this way and they don’t have to be this way.. the constructed can be deconstructed.
