O.J. Simpson

Mr Simpson will face 10 felony charges over the incident at the Palace Station Casino:

Conspiracy to commit kidnapping

Conspiracy to commit robbery

Two counts of kidnapping with a deadly weapon

Burglary while in possession of a deadly weapon

Two counts of robbery with a deadly weapon

Two counts of assault with a deadly weapon

Coercion with use of a deadly weapon

America has a chance to redeem it’s judicial system. There is no possible way he can be let off again. Anyone else would have already had the death penalty. Or be incarcerated for life.

Can anybody say Poetic Justice???

You can’t redeem something that serves another purpose than what it is intended for.

The American legal system exists mostly today to make profit for the government, the rare cases it actually does uphold the law is the byproduct of its main goal of profit motive. Not acutal integrity for the law…

I’ve been waiting since the 5th grade for this…

This thing was a total setup. The man went in to try and recover property that belonged to him and was stolen. No one was kidnapped. No one was robbed. They’re trying to convict him on public opinion just like they tried last time. If they hadn’t used this improper tactic then there’s a good chance that he would be in prison for those murders right now. Instead of trying the man properly and getting a proper conviction the first time, they’re doing the same thing that they did last time and I have my doubts as to whether it will work. They’re running the risk of him getting off on these trumped up charges and making it nearly impossible to go after him again.

I bet he beats all the charges and is out “looking for the real killers” on a golf course near you…

I’m hope he gets off again. That man’s made me laugh.

He will. And the people in charge of this case will come off as bigger fools than the ones in charge of the last one.

Wether it was a set up or not, he commited a crime. He unlawfully entered a room and stole property that may have been his but, may not have been. He should have reported the whole thing to the police instead of acting like a moron.

He should get convicted for B&E at least and theft. They should put him away for life for being an idiot and a danger to himself and those around him… then stick those morons that went with him in the next cells, for the blatant stupidity they showed.

He’s innocent until proven guilty!! The skeptical crowd here at ILP needs to look at this case to see the practical implications of that line of thinking. He already redefined reasonable doubt in his last case, if he keeps that up, he may not do any time in this one either.

He doesn’t have Johnie Cochran anymore. And he probably won’t be able to get a lawyer that was that high profile anyway. What made him think his things were so valuable in the first place? 10 felonies and all of it was recorded. Obviously from the tapes he was the ring leader, making commands and shouting out orders. He should definitely get life. If not for this than at least, just for the two victims of his past. He has gotten what he has coming to him. It might be a relief for him to go to prison.

Smears, you are right of course, but, the evidence right now is an overwhelming guilty. Alot of us still have a little bit of vigilante in us.

The dude got caught with his hand in the cookie jar. He was an idiotic moron. You or I would have called the cops instead of doing what he did. His ego got the better of him. His vanity provoked him to this stupid act.
Normal people would have notified the cops. He took matters into his own hands due to an overly large ego. Last time I checked vigilanteism is highly illegal. We may want to do it but, we are not stupid enough to do it. He and his cronies did it.

I just don’t see how you guys could be mad the the juice!! Haven’t you ever seen that guy run a football!!?? He’s got skills like Michael Jackson!! We have to give them a little slack in return for what they contribute to society!!
