Wikipedia says neuroplasticity is an actual treatment for dyschronometria resulting from atraxia in the cerebellum…whose development was apparently discontinued in the ‘80s, but is still a viable option. Curious, imo. Very curious. Idk why.

So consciousness is not sparked, it is “received” when all the CB radio parts are in functioning order. If they are not in functioning order, it will not be received without noise. And it’s a two-way CB radio, so we can use it to communicate with others, not just play a radio station. And we can amplify it so it is “active” rather than passive as per usual (I don’t know). And if we are not careful, we will be sharing our yada yada with other CB radios, or sharing our CB radio with other yadayadas.
And if time is all in God’s yada yada he can share other yada yada’s with us before (or after) they even have (or don’t) all the parts in working order.
