General mental atmosphere means as a matter of generally speaking, I don’t know, I feel like political civil war rhetoric is getting hotter in this nation. I would like to see people of all political persuasions to just calm down emotionally so we can enter more reasonable public dialogue amongst one another. Only time will tell what happens next. I just think there’s too much rage or anger in politics right now. 
So the first step would be to hear the other person (specifically in a one-on-one conversation whenever possible to prevent “performance” issues) and understand where the rage is coming from. Let them talk out completely where they are coming from until they feel heard. That’s the only thing that will even get close to neutralizing the rage. They have to vent it, which at first may feel like a volcanic explosion, but you have to hear it until the pressure has been released (and not take it personally, but as an outside observer, with rational distance and unconditional positive regard). That release of pressure will make room for them to think more rationally about it—and see if some of their thinking cancels out their competing interests—and see the common (at least non-canceling) interests between every stakeholder. As a mediator, you have to remove yourself as a stakeholder, but once you have completely heard them out and have done all of the things regarding analyzing competing interest, or canceling thoughts… can you come back in as a stakeholder to express your side as fairly as you allowed them to express theirs. You don’t really know your position relative to theirs until you have done due diligence in attempting to understand theirs.

I agree, people seem more unwilling to listen to each other which is why communication in political discussions are breaking down all the time. The unwillingness to listen to others even if you disagree with them completely.

There’s of course more to this simulated controlled reality matrix we live in, but the perpetrators at the very top are not in the habit very often leaving behind evidence of their actions. Leaves the rest of us with theoretical postulations that we cannot really prove otherwise.

Well, if it is helpful or not there has been a wave of young female school teachers getting arrested for having sexual relations with underage teenagers. You should just wait until one of them gets released from prison and strike up an accord with them. If I was under similar circumstances that’s exactly what I would do. There’s a lot of them too, you should have a wide number variety to choose from, innovative solutions to complex problems. They can’t be teachers at schools anymore and you’re a carpenter, win-win.

I mean, there’s other ways to get a date man legally, sure they’re less than ideal, but don’t end up in prison again. When I was living on the streets for well over a decade you cannot believe how many pieces of ass would end up in my lap randomly all the time, I didn’t even actively go look for them or anything, just random women all the time as a single traveling hobo vagabond man. I would be camped out in a tent or sleeping on the ground staring at the night sky where the next thing I know it I got a homeless woman wanting to play hide the salami for a night’s worth of a warm blanket.
Sure, there was a lot of psychologically crazy psychotic women, some even active criminals themselves now that I think of it that I was with and some very shady questionable ones that being older now I have to think twice about like that one time I almost got stabbed to death by a broken bottle glass wielding woman, but that’s when I was a penniless single nobody where every single day was an adventure of staying alive. If I could do all of that under those circumstances I think you can find ways around yours. Never give up hope, I never thought I would ever become a domesticated married man living the kind of life I have in my past, and yet I am today.

That’s actually not a bad idea, and I’ve thought of that. Find a fired eighth grade social studies teacher named Tracy that gave her best student a blow-job after class and got busted.
Not kidding i could use a female helper when i work. Put some bags on that perv and put her ass up on the roof. I actually turn jobs down because they’re too much and would take too long for one dude, and it becomes hard to quote the big ones accurately (and I’m notorious for going too low). I could live like that if Tracy wasn’t a dumbass and had a good work ethic. She also has to be hot. Now i have seen very hot female SOs on the news, but they’re elsewhere. The Tracys around me all look like meth addicts. I’m not tryna hook up with a Freddy Krueger, so my chances are slim to none. Lol, i have thought about that, though.

I have traveled all over the nation, there’s just as many female ones on registery as there are males, a sort of unspoken hidden secret. There’s just as many female felons as there are male ones. You got to be careful with some of them though because then you’re asking them why they went to prison and they’re like, “Oh, you know, for killing my husband, that sort of thing.” Now, she might look pretty man, but you’re going to look over your shoulder constantly with her because she already told you she divorced through murder. If looks could kill with some of those ex con girls.

Yes, I agree in principle. The problem is that there is no sharp distinction between speech and action. Speaking is how humans get other humans to do things, and there are infinite gradations of ambiguity with which someone can order/recommend/suggest/mention an action, and thereby cause someone to act.
I’m all for discussing any subject, but it assumes a degree of honesty and good-faith – that the participants believe themselves to be truth-seeking. Where those assumptions don’t hold, truth is done because it is an action, and causes others to act. In that case, the reasons behind the principle of ‘free speech’ don’t apply. And again, that leave us with line-drawing: determining if something is honest, good-faith, truth seeking. That’s not a sharp or objective distinction.
Even if that’s true, if you abandon the idea that truth exists and is discoverable, you give up the game.
The rich are as blinkered as everyone else. They are just human, just as dumb and biased and feeling in the dark. Wealth insulates the wealthy from the consequences of their actions, it doesn’t give them the ability to see the future.

I am head strong, I will give you that. Some probably read my writing style and think to themselves that I am an asshole prick full of himself who thinks he knows everything, I could see that as a possibility from others.
But I assure you this, I do listen to everybody attentively before espousing my own views. I do try to give everybody equal respect, even those I vehemently disagree with on everything.
