it doesn’t. what we know is that there is an ongoing investigation and that as per the warrant one of the statutes that someone is suspected of being in violation of is the espionage act. the target of the investigation remains unnamed, but it stands to reason that if a guy removed classified docs, then was told to give them back, then gave back some, then was told to give back the rest, then gave back some more, then still had some and had to have a warrant served on him for the fbi to retrieve the rest…that he might well be the target.
