The potential charges against IQ45, from lowest to highest threat,
from the removing of government property, obstruction,
and the scary one, Espionage…according to reporting,
there were 11 sets of classified documents in Mar-a-Lago…
And 4 set of the highest classification of top secret papers…

This so top secret, to view them you have to have the highest
clearance rating in the country… on CNN, the former head deputy of the FBI,
second to the head of the FBI, said that he didn’t have the
security clearance to view these papers… and to view these papers,
one had to go to a secure room and they could only view them there…

and so, what was THE TRAITOR to this country doing with papers,
that were left in unsecured locations, with no security in place,
to enable anyone to get into that room and see the most valuable
secrets America had… the problem with IQ45 is going to be,
few if any people in his inner circle, has enough security clearance to
view these papers and as such, he can’t claim that someone else took these
papers because of the security clearance problem… to get these papers
requires top secret clearance… who has access to them outside of IQ45
and has the clearance?

now for those who go for the "the dog ate my homework’’ excuse,
they were planted… At the end of the process of the legally served papers,
the lawyers on hand, has to sign for them… acknowledging the
removal of said papers… in other words, the lawyer herself, I believe,
acknowledging the removal of the papers… she didn’t object to the
papers as they were listed… she didn’t say, you brought them in here,
no, she said, you have legally taken them… that signing of the acknowledgment
of the removal of the papers, takes away your phony excuse of “the papers
were planted” excuse… my unhappiness lies in the fact that the trial of
IQ45 won’t happen before the coming elections… late next year at best…

which sounds like he solved his problems, ahhh, but in fact,
it didn’t… first of all, he just can’t wave a wand and declassified
everything… legally he can’t… there are very strict rules/laws about
what can be declassified and how… there is a procedure one must
follow to declassified top secret material… and if IQ45 tried to
declassified these top secret material without going through the
proper procedures, they aren’t declassified…

now the great about this is the fact that the charges of removing
government property, obstruction of justice and espionage
is that they don’t need or require the documents in question
to be declassified for IQ45 to have broken laws…

like obstruction of justice… it is irrelevant to the charges that
IQ45 declassified the material… it is irrelevant to the charges that
he committed espionage if he declassified (he can’t) top secret
material… it doesn’t matter if he declassified top secret material
to be guilty of removal of government property…
legally, that material belongs to the federal government
and he can’t just take it home… for homework or any other
reason…

so, even if, reminder he can’t, but even if he declassified top secret
material, he still committed crimes… federal, felony crimes…
of which he has admitted to… by saying, I declassified these material
and thus I can have them at my house, that is admitting I took those
top secret material… he didn’t say, they were planted, he didn’t
say, I have no idea where they came from, he said, I took them
home after declassifying them…

thus admitting to a crime, a federal crime…

Your wishful guessing out of ignorance might feel good - but only makes you more worthless.

The US President decides all classification statuses. In Mr Trump’s case he had already stated in a standing order that all documents he takes home (and all Presidents do that) are automatically declassified. He is not required to do anything or even tell anyone. He determines what the rules are.

Also in the US - the Constitution forbids broad unreasonable searches and seizures (and for this exact reason - a coup by a dictatorial agency). The warrant stated that the FBI was allowed to seize ALL documents created during Mr Trump’s entire Presidency (regardless of classification). And if that wasn’t unreasonable enough - it allowed for the seizure of any documents in the immediate vicinity of any discovered document of interest. Basically it allowed to seize all information anywhere in the entire house - regardless of its nature (removing 45 boxes - 30 million documents). So the warrant itself was (as I suspected would be) unconstitutional.

And still beyond that - Since Mr Trump had not only allowed prior tours by the agencies through all white house documents,
added the additional lock they requested to the storage room, and
invited them to come back any time (witnesses to all of that)

  • they could not possibly prove intent to commit a crime (necessary to get any conviction). And the idea of obstruction charges is entire fantasy to muse the useful idiots.

All US presidents STILL have such documents in their homes - else they would have demanded that they be returned 19 months ago or at least any one of the times they already searched through the documents - NEVER tell him that he wasn’t allowed to have them (because he was and is).

Also there are equal treatment under the law amendments - they have been treating Mr Trump extraordinarily different than prior presidents, Hillary Clinton, and many others found with classified documents. They had no need at all to get a warrant. That alone is enough to get it all thrown out of court.

So the only way to indict and convict Mr Trump is to entirely rig the DC courts (which is very very easy to do for the socialists). So if they are going to attempt an indictment - that is their only hope - a roo court (typical Stalinist, Nazi, socialist tactic).

The greater probability seems to be that the entire staged raid was really for four purposes -

  • Find anything at all capable of being used against Mr Trump (especially for the J6 Hearing Hoax)
  • Make another Hollywood style public production to spread propaganda and incite more hatred.
  • Find and destroy any evidence he had of the O’Biden and deep state malignancy.
  • Stop Mr Trump from running for President and making USA great again.
    It turns out that they also had helicopters above and other field agents - around 100 FBI agents involved. And of course they informed CNN before hand to ensure there was plenty of public drama.

It is all a distraction spectacle and fishing expedition to find anything - anything at all - to eliminate the socialist (global communist’s) party’s competition.

as you are factually wrong about IQ45 being able to declassify top secret

about how top secret papers can be declassified… and if he thinks, he
can just wave a wand and declassify them, then he broke another law…

this is a right wing media talking point and it’s misinformation. he’s does not have some broad authority to simply declassify any and everything he wants, and he can’t just make some broad declaration that anything he takes home is declassified. i understand that you’re looking for a loophole for your god, but the law just doesn’t work that way sorry.

Just because Trump thinks he is still president does not mean he has a right to access Top Secret documents and store them in a domestic setting where there is a lack of security.

But even if a person IS president this does not give him automatic access to any and all government documents. If you think it does then you are dumber than you appear - and that is saying something.

With the exception of Obama the last string of Presidents in recent times have been either dumb wits or senile. There is no way they could have been trusted with all the keys to the kingdom.
