Smears, have you thought about getting a way from the puter? There are some interesting things to do besides look at a screen. Go argue with a homeless person then buy them lunch or a room for the night. Or better yet walk with them for a day, then buy them a few days worth of nonperishable food items or a room for a couple of nights.
