On the one hand they don’t believe in the centralization of government yet on the other they most certainly believe in the centralization of wealth.
They complain about the erosion of conservative social cultural norms and yet they’re completely paralyzed in a sort of powerless victimization and general indifferent apathy. It’s almost self inflicted.
They’re against socialist and communist economic systems. They’re also against general public welfare.
How is majority of people suppose to maintain conservative cultures if they cannot even financially afford to get married and have children of their own?
How are you suppose to maintain conservative culture if you cannot even financially afford to simply live?
For this political conservatives have always seemed economically and financially illiterate to me.

I wouldn’t say they are not for the centralization of government. They are statists on the right. They want the state to be involved in people’s lives, just in different ways than the left.
I myself don’t fall anywhere on the left-right spectrum. I’m not a conservative and I’m not a leftist. And I’m not a Libertarian.
