When will we overthrow those elites?
How can we change the course of this country?
First of all, stop calling them elites. You are psychologically accepting and justifying their dominance over you by calling them that.
Things would only change for the better if the general level of consciousness, understanding and intention of the populace were to increase. The average person would need to become aware of certain facts AND actually care about them. If this happened, human behavior would subtly shift leading to slight improvements all over the place, a kind of emergent moral ‘bubbling up’ effect that would translate into political changes. One such change would be that not enough people would continue to support these evil politicians, we would simply stop voting for them. If enough people did not vote it would be as clear a signal of rejection, as today it is when 100 million people decide to vote for them thus authorizing their evil to continue.
And not only politicians, but corporations and the individuals behind them. People would naturally stop using products and services made by corporations like google, microsoft, apple. New technologies and new corporations would emerge that represent meaningful alternatives. People would withdraw their support of evil, whereas today they openly endorse and support evil. They literally fund it with their consumer purchases, their viewing time, their taxes, and their votes. So it is no wonder the world is consumed by evil, when everywhere and all around us everyone is funding and supporting it.
It’s like people who think politics and new laws can change problems that exist at the level of culture. It doesn’t work that way. Law and politics is already downstream from culture. In terms of technology, culture is even downstream from that, which is another problematic issue. Technology would need to change, would need to be forced to take new directions and routes and possibilities and this could only occur if the consciousness and intention of the average person changed. Even a small change would be great. But without that, without raising up the level of consciousness, knowledge, philosophical being of people there is no way to stop what is occurring.
On a personal level, you can focus on making more good than bad in the world. Tilt the scales in favor of what is good and right, and against what is evil. Evil survives and grows incrementally, through only 1% gains or less per unit time. If you can form a sphere of existence in which that is negated and turned around, you are contributing real meaningful change.
..and using Science to manipulate society and skew the natural direction/order of things.

I agree with you. I believe the purpose of our ideological exchange is to raise awareness among ordinary people, like ourselves, that things can be improved through thoughtful consideration and action. Your comment about elites really struck a chord - I wasn’t aware of the significant psychological weight that word carries.
