…isn’t found in whether or not it’s fact, true, or accurate.
Very true. Have you ever tried having a conversation with a drug addict on PCP? It’s not accurate and it is also mostly nonsensical but it sure does make for some interesting conversation that is for five minutes until you get bored later on with the whole thing.
Can it even be considered a conversation? A degenerate drug-addict is in his own world, you’ll both end up talking past one another…but I guess that’s what passes for conversation in most cases anyway…a lot of “conversation” is just the exercise of one’s mouth.
…is why I only hang with people that actually have something useful or productive to say, and don’t just gas/breeze/talk for the sake of having something to do to pass the time.
Useful and productive? So…you only speak with engineers and the like?
Kinda
I only socialise with those at the top of their game: Engineers, Architects, Artists, Bankers, Traders, Directors, CEOs of companies, models, actors, up-and-coming MA students in need of direction, etc. - we all meet up for networking drinks at a venue somewhere in town, but boy can they also party and the events are also used as a glorified dating agency, but it’s all good
Eurghhhhh…
meaning?
