It requires no more than an average mind to become a repeater of recipes, and to memorize precedent to guide your professional career.

That is very true and a significant understanding to maintain when trying to test intelligence. Intelligence cannot be measured on a single linear scale. I have to wonder about the IQ of whoever came up with the notion of an IQ. Intelligence comes in types, flavors, colors, branches, shapes, and sizes. Intelligence is problem solving, but what kinds of problems?

The whole idea of generalizing is THE problem with categorizing groups. When a ruler attempts to apply any system to an entire population, that ruler must generalize the expected affects with generalized rules. When someone is trying to apply the concept of intelligence to an entire race, that same generalization must occur. All of which leads to the serious problem of over generalization (commonly known as prejudice and/or presumption).

Quantum Mechanics is used to predict population response to laws in order to ensure that the average of the resultant effects is considered positive to the designer of the society. Quantum Mechanics is entirely about statistics and averages. And that means that in every individual case, it is always wrong. But the average affect on the rulers will be acceptable. That is why it is said that “God has no respect for the individual” - because the rulers and designers have no respect for individuals. They have only a QM type of IQ, literally using computers to make their decisions and thus cannot solve many simple problems.

Gradually through time, everyone becomes a drone to a system that they never truly understand and eventually they can never do anything else. Artificial systems breed out individuality and breed in race distinction by forming the required specialized races to serve its overall spirit. Many races become a new common race, by design. After many generations of control, one can know the government mindset of a country merely by watching a few of the individuals. Similarly one can know a corporate mindset merely by speaking with a few employees (much like knowing the species by examining the blood or DNA).

Races and species ARE the distinction in physical intelligence. Every living entity is a problem solving device with its own specialties. The variations in species and their races represent the actual variation of intelligence. They are physical instances of the same thing.

The DNA IS the IQ. Intelligence is that complex.

And yet we have no trouble saying a dog is not as smart as a chimpanzee, and a worm is less intelligent than an ass.

What trait differentiates man form other species/
what sets man aaprt?

Speed?
Height?
Strength?
Coloration?
Sensual acuity?

What we call intelligence is creativity.
It involves imagination connected to reality, rather than fantasy which detaches…and analytic ability and perception of patterns.

Pertaining to Jewish genius…

First thing to consider is that genetic isolation occurs for two reasons…geography/climate, and culture/religion.

Jewish custom has it that the Rabbi, the most educated and the most intelligent, because back then only the gifted got to go to school above a certain level, married the rich man’s daughter
Wealth coupled with smarts.
Social eugenics.

First factor.

Caucasian dominance is explained due to the harsh conditions they were forced to adapt to.
The conditions so harsh that the tribes that emigrated out of Africa, because they were weaker, almost went extinct.
Those who survived were the strongest and the brightest.
They passed on their genes.
The idiot, weakling perished.

With Jews the /holocaust acted as such a near extinction event…for the Ashkenazim Jews.
The fittest and the smartest, the most educated…survived…the average, weak, moron, died.
Not because the Nazis were exterminating them but because of the harshness of war time conditions in Europe.
Freud was taken out of Austria by his nephew Bernays…as an example.

Second factor.

The Jewish religion is very elitist…they are not only the ‘chosen ones’ but the rules that apply to Jews do not apply to the goy.
They have no scruples, no sense of fair-play, when it comes to other tribes.
Also their religion is nihilistic.
It overturned hierarchies and is distinctly anti-nature, anti-world.

Third factor

Intelligence can be warped by emotion.
Just because you have a high IQ does not mean that you can see clearly or think objectively.
Cowardice, emotional, self-interest, sex, and other psychological factors can warp genius and corrupt it, redirecting its focus.
There are neurosurgeons who believe in God and ghosts and in the afterlife.
A mind corrupted by emotion will focus its energies upon what deals with these stresses.

Fourth factor

The Jewish religion overturns hierarchies to where strength is weakness and weakens is strength.
To be chosen means to suffer on behalf of god and to expect an afterlife reward.
as a dogma it seduces the weak, the ill, the stupid, the feeble, the cowardly in every tribe. it is why Judaism became elitist to preserve the ‘;chosen’ distinction and why later Christianity became more universal, accepting all tribe into its bosom, to be saved.
the primary reason Jews were resented, early on, was because of this elitist choseness, that excluded salvation, from their monotheistic god, to other tribes.
It also explains why Jews have different rules of morality and conduct for Jews and for goyim.
Judaism is feminizing as it proposes an Alpha-male god, monopolizing power, and relegating all followers as beta-males.
It also promises retribution, venting resentiment among the masses.

These five factors in unison explain why Jews are smarter, on average, [Ashkenazim Jews, not the rest] and why they dominate modern socioeconomic and politics.
These factors manifest in a political, propaganda, dominated by Jews.
What is sold to the goy is not purchased by the Jew.
Multiculturalism, Liberalism, Marxism, Christianity, Feminism, gay rights, pop-culture, pornography, all conspire to reduce Indo-European male influence, diluting and corrupting the tribes other than Jews, in a divide and conquer strategy and the seduction of the weakest parts, women and children, to degrade the entire tribe.
