All his negative comments which you say represent the other side of the matter are simply his wishes that the ongoing process would move along faster and smoother. Make no mistake, that process IS happening, as he says. He wishes the degree would change though. Note that the inspections and disarmament teams DID completely shut down Iraq’s nuclear programmes.
I left that, and bits like it, out because I wanted you to bring them up in the manner you did. You misrepresent or misinterpret those statements as meaning that the processes in place are not working. They are working.
