If you’re going to do huge political, economic, and social reforms it would have to include all communities including the African American ones.
I have my own ideas for ethnic, racial, and cultural neighborhoods inside the United States. I have an entire thread devoted to the subject below.
Another solution might be to have an all African American police force where they can police or patrol their own neighborhoods. Another idea I have been tinkering with.
