Girlfriend: Being pretty dumb and pretty bitchy can often go along with being 16, perhaps you should consider dating someone older than you are as opposed to younger.
Job: Being 18, I would imagine that it would be difficult for you to get a much better paying job than that at this point. Besides, if you didn’t have that job, you may not even have the 16 year-old girlfriend that you don’t like very much.

Sort of disgusted with human behavior and life in general, sure you want something more but don’t know what or how to find it. Highly introspective, and somewhat introverted. Sometimes you probably don’t feel like people understand you when many people not only understand you but further, think about things the way you do but don’t have the balls to say it.
Masturbation: I’m married and I can more or less have sex whenever I want, but I masturbate in the shower with some regularity, there is nothing wrong with it. In some ways, it can be preferable to sex, not always, but sometimes, I don’t really feel like going into detail on that.
Living Status: Why not live on campus somewhere, do they not have dorms where you are going or intend to go? Maybe you should re-locate to a different city. For instance, if you made $8.25/hour working full-time and lived alone in my area you could live in some degree of comfort while going to school. It wouldn’t be great or anything, but it would suffice, roof and food and some money to do other things.
Life: I’m married, have a kid and have a stable job that many would refer to as a , “profession,” but I don’t know what I am going to do with my life. I probably can’t do the same job forever as I will get bored, so I will have to figure out a new industry to get into sooner or later. From what I have been told, you never know exactly what you are going to do until you are in your mid-30’s, early forties and by then you are pretty much locked into your professional life. With the economy the way it is right now, I would imagine a simple majority of people are wondering what they are going to do in the long-term, you are by no means alone there.
University: Student loans. Easy enough if you can get them. I mean, paying mine back I pay like $5 a month because I claim that is all I can afford to pay back, they don’t care as long as you pay something.
Hating Yourself: No, you don’t.
Another Girl: Preferably one that is older than you. A serious relationship with someone you respect will help you gain both perspective and direction. I doubt if you have any respect for the girl you are with now, so I say go for it.
Eat fresh food.
Get more exercise.
And stop thinking about yourself. You aren’t interesting enough to devote hours of thought to. No offence, but introspection almost invariably leads to depression.

the only advice i can give you is finish school and borrow for university if necessary. the education is really worth it even if it leaves you in debt. do good in school, that should be your top priority, it makes university easier.
next about the girl issues, you’ll have to come to your owwn conclusions…
pick something that you like to do, and are good at, and try to make a career out of it. photography for instance.
