Should A Christian Arrest A Judge? Well, they are all crooked so. . . .“Yes”
Did You Know You Can Arrest A Judge?
Minnesota Statute 629.37 When a Private Person May Make An Arrest.
A private person may arrest another:
(1) for a public offense committed or attempted in the arresting person’s presence;
(2) when the person arrested has committed a felony, although not in the arresting person’s presence; or
(3) when a felony has in fact been committed, and the arresting person has reasonable cause for believing the person arrested to have committed it.
Minnesota Statute 629.38 Requiring A Private Person to Disclose Cause of Arrest.
Before making an arrest a private person shall inform the person to be arrested of the cause of the arrest and require the person to submit. The warning required by this section need not be given if the person is arrested while committing the offense or when the person is arrested on pursuit immediately after committing the offense. If a person has committed a felony, a private person may break open an outer or inner door or window of a dwelling house to make the arrest if, before entering, the private person informs the person to be arrested of the intent to make the arrest and the private person is then refused admittance.
Minnesota Statute 629.39 Requiring Private Person Making Arrest To Deliver Arrestee To Judge Or Peace Officer.
A private person who arrests another for a public offense shall take the arrested person before a judge or to a peace officer without unnecessary delay. If a person arrested escapes, the person from whose custody the person has escaped may immediately pursue and retake the escapee, at any time and in any place in the state. For that purpose, the pursuer informs the escapee of the intent to arrest the escapee and the pursuer is refused admittance.
Isn’t a dishonest judge committing the crime of Obstruction of Justice?
Why Should You Arrest A Judge?
Well, if the judge wants you to be an “honest and law abiding citizen”, then the judge had better practice what he is preaching. If the hypocritical judge is not honest nor law abiding, it is your duty as an “honest and law abiding citizen” to place the dishonest judge under arrest. Did you know there is also a religious duty to place a dishonest judge under arrest? Did you know that Jesus Christ commanded His followers to judge with righteous judgment? [Do not judge by appearance, but judge with righteous judgment. John 7:24]. Righteous judgment and the consequences to society by failing to judge with righteous judgment are discussed in the
following verses: Deut. 1:16; Matt. 7:1:2; Job 29: 1-25; 1 Kings 3:16-28; Job 34:17; Proverbs 29: 1,4,7,12,14,16,24,26,27; Isaiah 1: 16-23; Ezekiel 22:23-31; Mich 3:1-3; Amos 5: 7,10,15; 1 John 2:4, Rev 22:14; Amos 6:12; Mich 7:3. So if the judge claims to be “Christian”, demand that he judges righteous judgment (a real Christian will have no problem with obeying the commands of Christ) [“Teaching them to observe ALL THINGS that I have commanded you…”, Matthew 28:20].
If the “Christian” judge fails to practice righteous judgment from the bench he is a lawless sinner since he has disobeyed the commands of Christ to judge righteous judgment [“And then I will declare to them I never knew you; Depart from Me, you who practice lawlessness!” Matthew 7:23; “I tell you I do not know or where you are from. Depart from me, all you workers of iniquity (sin).” Luke 13:27; “But why do you call Me “Lord, Lord” and do not the things I say?” Luke 6:46]
What Happens When A Dishonest Judge Is Rendering Judgment upon you?
The answer is found in Habakkuk 1:4, “Therefore the law is powerless, and justice never goes forth. For the wicked surround the righteous; therefore perverse judgment proceeds.” So it is in your best interest, for multiple reasons, to arrest a dishonest, unrighteous, and lawbreaking judge.
How Can You Tell If The Judge Is Honest (righteous) Or Dishonest (unrighteous)?
1.Ask him if he is honest (righteous) or dishonest (unrighteous). If the judge is honest
he will have no problem clearly stating on the official court transcript that he is honest (righteous). In fact, a Christian is to proclaim he is an honest judge to “everyone who asks” about his faith. [But sanctify the Lord God in your hearts, and always be ready to give a defense to everyone who asks you a reason for the hope that is in you, with meekness and fear.” 1 Peter 3:15]. If he is a dishonest judge (or a false Christian/a wolf in sheep’s clothing), he will refuse to answer you “yes” or “no”, but instead will try to change the subject [for everyone practicing evil hates the light, lest his deeds should be exposed”, John 3:20].
2.Ask the judge if he is also called “Justitia”. If he says “yes” you are dealing with a dishonest and unrighteous judge. He is a member of a religious cult who worship Justitia, the Roman pagan goddess who was the personification of justice…”. “Personification: A virtue or abstract quality represented a deity.” …”Many of the personifications were regarded as deities and had a recognizable cult. The personified virtues included … Iustitia (Justice) …”. Adkins, Lesly and Adkins, Roy A. “Dictionary of Roman Religion” (New York:1996), Page 110, 178. [Note: the letter “J” was not invented until the 14th Century. The Roman letter “I” is now represented by the letter “J”. So “Iustitia is now spelled “Justitia”. You may recognize her depicted as a woman with a blindfold holding scales; also known as “Lady Justice”]. Justitia: Latin Justice. A jurisdiction or office of a judge. Black’s Law Dictionary 5th addition, page 778. So if the judge says he is called “Justitia”, you are dealing with a member of a pagan religious cult – a sure sign of an unrighteous and dishonest judge. Remember the cult doesn’t want Jesus or the 10 commandments in their pagan courts. “Little children, keep yourselves from idols. Amen.” 1 John 5:21
3.Is he wearing a black robe? Did you know that is his public declaration that the judge is unrighteous and dishonest? Why would an honest (righteous) judge wear black when black is symbolic of evil? White is symbolic of honesty and righteousness. [Around the throne were twenty-four thrones, and on the thrones I saw twenty-four elders sitting, clothed in white robes; and they had crowns of gold on their heads. Revelation 4:4].
4.Ask him if a percentage of all the fines go into his retirement fund? Did you know black robed judges have this arrangement “legally”? It is called an “institutionalized bribe”. He makes more of a profit the larger the fines. So the judge has an interest in making sure he hands out many fines. [“Here I am. Witness against me before the Lord and before His anointed; whose ox have I taken, or whose donkey have I taken, or whom have I cheated? Whom have I oppressed, or from whose hand have I received any bribe with which to blind my eyes? I will restore it to you.” 1 Sam. 12:3]
5.Have you noticed multiple lies in the police report (fabrication of evidence – obstruction of justice)? Have you noticed the prosecuting attorney using these lies to convict you (conspiracy to obstruct justice)? Have you noticed your public “defender” (public pretender) or your private attorney trying to keep you quiet about the lies (tampering with a witness or intimidation of a witness-obstruction of justice)? If the judge allows liars to submit lies as evidence to convict you, when you object to the lies, you are a victim of a dishonest (unrighteous) judge. [If a ruler pays attention to lies, all his servants become wicked. Proverbs 29:12]
What Are The Benefits Of Arresting A Dishonest Judge?
1.People will learn to desire righteous judgment. [With my soul I have desired You in the night, yes, by my spirit within me I will seek You early; for when Your judgments are in the earth, the inhabitants of the world will learn righteousness. Isaiah 26:9] (See also 1 Kings 3:16-28; Proverbs 29:26
2.Did you know that an arrested judge can never hear another case against you? Do you know he will have to recuse himself from any further cases with you?
3.Did you know if enough people arrest a dishonest judge (or file complaints against or sues the dishonest judge) he cannot be a judge anymore? He would have failed to maintain the integrity of the judiciary. [“Those things he says will be done, and he will have whatever he says.” Mark 11:23]. By the way, a Christian should not hire an attorney. What a Christian should do in court is outlined in Luke 21:12-15; Luke 12: 11-12; Matthew 10:16-20; and Mark 12:9-11. Remember, justice come from Jesus, the Son of God (Proverbs 29:26).
