If ‘music is the language of the soul’ as you say, then your soul could do with a dose of antacid.
I liked Cloon Cheezer quite a bit – especially the first half – the room started to spin near the end and I began to feel quite nauseated by the time it finished so I guess you did a good job.
What do you mean you ‘wrote’ them? Did you play and edit them, or did you instruct someone to put in the sounds you liked?

This is fucking appalling. I mean really, what the hell are the burps there for? What do they add to the overall philosophy and aesthetic? I was with you for the opening, I dunno, 16 bars where you were just pissing about on a 303 (or something similar) but then you just got silly and thought ‘the more garbage the better’ and the song crapped itself for the remaining 2 and a half minutes.
Also, in the intro, is the bass drum supposed to keep shifting in pitch? Have you ever played this song through a big speaker system? I reckon that you’d have a lot of problems because, from what I can tell, your mixing is terrible.
No offence, but you did put them up here for us to look at and wasted a few seconds of my connection on downloading this trash so I’m only being honest.
Expect no less.

My brother is a music producer who works mainly with drum n bass/breakbeat and some friends of mine are in a synthpop band. I myself own only a 303 and a couple of other bits and bats, I never use PCs for music…

I would like to meet your brother because DnB is the main thing that I produce seriously. Sofar Fred, me & DKay have a compilation album that will be released in UK sometime but Fred is the only who knows the details, I just sent him tracks.

He doesn’t have any albums but he’s provided remixes for compilations and got producer credits on a few things.
Nice one dan~. I liked the second half a lot. When you get your editing and mixing down, I think you’ll make some REALLY good stuff.
You edit like you write – which can be unpredictable and bold. When it works, its very interesting.
If you’re not a member of futureproducers.com/ already, I suggest you join. They’ve got lots of different forums for people on various levels of sound production who help each other out.
It’s a great place to get info and advice if your starting out or semi professional.

I’m not a beginner I’ve been making music for years.
You must realize that I make these songs within about an hour, or less, at random. Most musicians sit for weeks or months working on this or that, meanwhile I’m just having fun =)
But I do get serious, also.
Okay, I will check out that forum and hopefully they can help me to find good-free synth sample packs.
