First, the two alter-theses:
capitalism/egoism:
Handouts for the rich, who don’t have to pay poor people a living wage, which is why there are (suffering) “working poor” people (some prefer a minimalist approach, but their basic needs are met—not the situation here).
socialism/communism:
Handouts for the poor, most who don’t work, which is why rich people have to pay so many taxes.
Best of both, with the nonsense nixed:
No handouts for the poor or rich who are able to work, and the rich (across the globe) have to pay what would have been the “working poor” people a living wage, so there are no “working poor” people. Handouts ONLY to those who are unable to work, and taxes (fines) ONLY from those who are not poor and do not pay a living wage to those who work for them—that is the fine for not paying it.
What about resources that everybody uses or benefits from, like security and utilities that everybody has to pay?
Privatize everything, but do it cooperatively. Kinda like stocks are public, and you gotta answer to the stakeholders/shareholders—which is open to every person, no matter their citizenship status. It’s only okay to profit after there are no “working poor” and the basic needs are met of those who cannot work. Taxes will be considered theft in that event, as well.
INSURANCE? Goes bye-bye completely. ALL of it.
