yea i found that strange. their computers seem ok. prices could be better and dont follow moores law. they are still trying to peddle dual core potato PCs at physical stores, wtf. when you can buy used pc for half the price. trying to sell new pcs worse than 2014 used pc, for 600 dollars at physical stores in 2024, wtf.
then the store went out of business, lol, capitalists are so fucking dumb.
There are some things better than money, such as your mental health and your soul. AI told me you should prioritize your soul’s well being instead of money.
You considered upgrading that potato yet? Doesn’t that shit lag and freeze constantly? Or do you only ever have 1 program and 1 tab open at any given time?
It would take eight man hrs max to drop the transmission, go into it, swap the part, and reinstall the transmission. The part cost about $50 bucks. It’s a metal ring about the size of your hand. No rebuilding the gears or any of that shit that’s why trans work is so expensive.
Dude doesn’t think i know this… or maybe he hopes the “times are tough… gotta raise my prices” bit will work. It would, yes, but not in the absence of organized revolution. That’s to say that unless we are deliberately united in a revolt against the cause of prices rising, etc., we are simply competitors trying to exploit the other as much as possible so that we don’t suffer the effects of rising prices.
When this dude says those wordz to me as a capitalist (the garage owner) it is like a martian trying to communicate with you. Like an entirely different species that you share nothing with… no contracts, no morals, no sympathy, nothing. The wordz are empty.
If you read the review, you’ll understand why i have this pet theory as well: bro may have literally broken my truck motor mounts to get back at me for calling him out on power-breaking my Escalade and breaking it’s motor mounts a year earlier. Like an “Oh yeah?! I’ll show him!”
