Naturally selected is an oxymoron unless nature is intelligent. And if nature is intelligent and can select, is anything really automatic without being programmed to be? What is the programming/simulation based on? The unprogrammed (free) programmer. We are based on that. So we, too, can select. We don’t HAVE TO run on automatic. That’s why we can align (choose healthy thoughts, values, behaviors) or diverge (get mentally, emotionally, behaviorally… fat).

Natural selection simply means, woman, that advantageous mutations are more likely to reproduce…..and disadvantageous mutations (unfit) are less likely.
Environment selects, buffoon…not a conscious agency.

Aren’t mutations normally deleterious? Why is there error correction in the genetic code (and epigenetic reprogramming/resetting back to tabula rasa) unless it is programmed by an intelligence?

‘Selected’ just means what works after the fact that it happened. It doesn’t mean there is a designer looking at some material and selecting what is to become of it in advance.
Biological entities that develop according to genetic code can never be originally by design. You can have some party manipulate genetic code at some intermediate stage later on but never originally. For millions of years, chemical codes had major problems copying, producing all manner of monstrous creatures biggs and smallz… and those organisms with favorable mutations reproduced more. This is what selection means; an accident that made a better organism.
And it’s still happening now. Some gene mutation may happen that makes skin cells more resistant to the sun’s rays… starting a line of humans that may survive and reproduce more in 2075 when it’s so hot outside, you can fry an egg on an ice cooler.

Sometimes willful actions have to take control if you don’t actually feel like doing something in the moment, but your mind tells you (wrongly or rightly) you will like it in the future, based on the fact that you liked it or something similar in the past. …or that there are reasons you should like it even if you don’t, and that it is an acquired taste. OR that there are reasons you should NOT like it even if you do—and so it is something you should stop doing and replace with something better.

So, when a stupid blond chooses a mate, she is increasing the odds of advantageous mutations - as she judged them - to have a better chance of successfully replicating.
Therefore, whatever controls a woman’s judgments controls the fate of humanity.

So I guess mere survival/reproduction is a really stupid reason, since things have to already be happening in order for survival to be the reason they keep happening (being fit for the environment after the fact).

Imagine what it would take to change/write DNA so that there is a NEW function. Intelligent PERSONS can only do what we can with the material available (reverse engineering). We can’t even read all of it yet—functions are spread across widely separated areas of the DNA (we’re not just dealing with error correction, we’re dealing with encryption). Most of our goofing around has caused epidemics, if not pandemics, of viral infections and cancer— using the body parts of aborted babies. We’re like toddlers riding the bulls everyone is running away from into the china shop right before the nuclear bomb hits it, causing the mass extinction and mutations that will help us “prove” (with a statistically “significant” level of probability) our science (after we get done tweaking the data’s narrative and controlling for all the outliers, of course).

Hate to interrupt, but today has been a good day for tossing midgets. I had to say something because I’m in like Freud on that slip.
Suppose… just for a second… that there is an executive function x in the cat lady’s psyche that serves to execute function y: be passive-aggressive toward male atheists because of enduring emotional stress and the personality complex resulting.
Then, underneath that function x is a variety of lower functions like function m - using a forum to debate, discuss, etc. Now, whenever a function m is executed, it is, in fact, in the service of executive function x though it appears to be independent and purposed for something substantial like learning, sharing, gaining knowledge, etc. The whole time, all you have is a defensive neurotic cat lady constantly checking to see if someone thinks she’s an idiot underneath and in the background of every exchange. The whole charade is only to “I’ll show them”. And the further and more confused she gets because of philosophy, the angrier she gets because she’s wrong and the male atheists are right. It’s a giant cluster fuck that dominates her entire life and we must witness it here everyday.
