Yes, dear…willful actions attempt to change the probabilities in its favor, relative to a subjective goal - motive.
This is why free-will, properly defines is ESSENTIAL to natural selection.
But all wilful actions are competing with billions, if not more, willful actions, and, more importantly, with lifeless, will-less, unconscious energies, governed only by the path-of-least-resistance.
So, in natural selection life’s choices, its willful actions, PARTICIPATE in what is being determined by struggling to shift the probabilities in its favor, as it perceived them and relative to its subjective goals.
To put it in a way that a dumb blond might understand, life chooses (will) to streamline natural selection.
So, when a stupid blond chooses a mate, she is increasing the odds of advantageous mutations - as she judged them - to have a better chance of successfully replicating.
Therefore, whatever controls a woman’s judgments controls the fate of humanity.
In nature nothing controls but envirnmetnal circumstances.
Both the male and the female’s judgments are being selected, dear.
Wrong judgments do not affect the world….but they do affect the participants.
