The Dan-blog.

Hi. I’m known as dannerz online, and Daniel offline.
I have found many things in life that i feel are important.
I’d like to share a few of those things with anyone that is interested.

Right now I’m making a text document for
That seems like an easy, simple way to share text.

What are the biggest most important things I could tell any person ever?
[1]: Goodness is a real thing.
[2]: Reality can be changed.
[3]: There’s more to your existence than you realize.
This is an argument for confidence in your self.
Confidence that thinking and living amount to something
beyond the limits of the individual in time-space.

Who really values peace?
Peace is the natural state of things when left alone.
If you learn how to leave yourself alone,
you will master peace.
Peace is free, and automatic.
I love peace, but I can only handle so much of it.
Maybe i can change that later on.
Feel the peace around you.
The majority of reality is at peace.
Peace is invisible.
It's not a thing it is a condition of a thing.

I'd like to talk to you about automatic thoughts.
These are thoughts which come up without you trying to think them.
Manual thoughts come about in accord with your will, intentions, and motivation.
Sensing energy begins with sensing your own thoughts and their energy.
Sensing starts with inner sight. Internal sensing.
Then we realize that the inner and outer world are inter connected.
They are unified, too.
This turns inner sight into external sight.
This turns subconscious into conscious.
Inside your mind, you can create thoughts and thought-forms.
You can change your internal landscape.
You can change what you are.
Meditation on seeing your inner energy is key for this, potentially.

Here i try to explain my transition to a non-dualistic stillness.
It has to do with melting down regular consciousness into deeper consciosness.
It may be a form of transmutation.
Transmutation of thought and vitality.

Joe talks here about inclusion and non-bias.

Some of my beliefs and ideas here:
Reality is infinite. Knowing is possible.

Here Joe talks about some basics of morals.
Basically, life improvement is morality.
True morals and ethics and values, improve life.

What is best possible self? What is best possible life?
One filled with joy and happiness, some would say.
Others would say a life filled with peace is best.
Others would say, a successful life, with lots of money.
Even the act of discovering a goal, or creating a goal,
seems to proceed the goal. This means, you can only
want a happy life if you somehow know what happiness is.
We experience it a bit, then more and more, and we
develop a taste for happiness. Not just any happiness,
the best possible happiness.
This is an act of consciousness.
Be careful, you could become a slave to sensation,
because it could be the only thing you know or develop.
Meditation with a minimum of sensation, can help counter-act this.

Joe and me talk about free will here:

Jared Stone talks about importance and the problem of evil.
Jared is a Mormon / LDS member.

Joe talks about advanced philosophy.
His definition of a philosophy compared to an ideal or a goal.

'Burn Casting' : an old magical theory i had.
The theory is that matter contains magical essence.
When a material is burnt, it releases most of its essence.
A portion of burnt matter transmutes into spirit, when it is burnt.
So then, i drew a sigil and a text on a sheet of paper.
I placed the paper under an aluminum pie plate.
I filled with pie plate with gas and herbs. I lit it on fire.
As the fire burns, i tried to draw the energy down into the sigil.
When it is done, i treat the sigil like a construct.
I carry it around, and add things to it, spiritually.

Just to clarify : i believe our mind and brain can control
and direct small amounts of energy. That is all my magic theory is.
It's a very simple and easy to understand idea.

a copy of this is available in text format on

“If you learn how to leave yourself alone,
you will master peace.”

I like this a lot.

Things worthy of our time:
It strikes me that many people can be wise without being greatly intelligent.
Someone could study in depth a subject like ants or bees,
but this does not really help him.
Study human nature and it will probably help you more than
the study of ant nature.
Many things can be considered a waste of time.
God is the highest possible goal/study.
However, to study God is difficult.
Nature and the process of creation is worthy of our time.

The truth:
What if the truth does not feel pleasant, appealing, or obvious?
What if the truth has no color, no taste, no image?
Thus far, mankind has been seeking truths by sensation.
The only other option is to work out a theory of estimates.
Like assuming a specific foot print exists of a specific animal.
But in this case, a particular sensation hints at a specific cause.
Due to the inter connection of reality, the seen can relate to the unseen.

It is very important to know that we are of god.
To be a possible master with enough time and effort.
If we are not of god, we are of chaos.
But chaos is full of opportunity.
Either way, progress is appealing.
Also there is the theory that we are of the tao.
In this case, we are still similar to divine beings,
when cleaned up and straitened out.
God, Chaos, Tao, possibilities to choose from and consider.

It seems to me that God is polyexistent.
He is the oversoul, then also he is the heavenly father.
Some of his essence can be found in many things.
God has a fluidic identity. No ego or limited senses of individuality.
It seems to me that God did not create everything.
Therefor God has enemies.
If God made everything, everything would reflect his creative will.
Example : some animals at times do homosexuality.
The bible says their God really dislikes homosexuality.
If he doesn’t want it to exist, then why create it?
Not that the bible owns God.
Nobody owns God.
Some people just like to run their mouth and be over assuming.
God is surrounded with a web of lies, on earth.
When pondering the nature of God,
i would recommend that you do this internally.
Don’t attach it to any religion.
Just try to use pure logic and deduction to understand the truth.

It seems that most of morality exists based on the desire to make an ideal world or an ideal environment.
The ideal world is expressed as beauty.
Then the meaning of beauty is intermixed with hedonism.
So the man wants a beautiful pleasant world.

If I were God, i would reduce the pain in the world.
But I would otherwise leave it alone.
Unless someone wanted me to interact with them.
In that case, i would talk to persons face to face.

I would like to replace the idea of beauty, with the idea of a sturdiness.
Sturdiness is visibly appearant, but it is not beautiful in and of itself.
Sturdiness is its own thing.
And instead of hedonism, a balance of states. An equalibrium between the components of self.

So, instead of a pleasure hungry, happiness is the highest meaning,
type of idea, which i feel is decadent, i would propose:
soberity and balance.

Animal Power: A term I will use.

Power : Potency, Vigor, Strength, Might, Force, etc.

Animal power is the power that almost all animals have.

This is the play between inner and outer force.
An individual in a world.
Without power, animals would no longer exist.
Intelligence can augment power, but also intelligence can counteract one’s power.

Force meets force.
Lucky beings are born.
Unlucky beings are born.

Without the unity of primordial self-love,
there would be no higher complex life forms.
Will is an expression of self valuing.
Imagine a love, that you never explained or proclaimed.
You just had it, and did it, all the time.
We can’t feel self love fully, but it is there. It is simply a silent and subtle force.

Self love grows to appreciate pleasant outer experiences.
Feed a dog and the dog becomes more friendly towards you, for example.
Here we can talk about elivating consciousness.

this is an excellent thread… keep up the good work…

I think it would be better if everyone was more philosophical.
Love of wisdom carries over into love for truth and knowledge, too.
They should teach specific, good philosophies in school.
The fall of religion makes good theology difficult.
Religions are philosophies in their own way.
If we had a good religion, wouldn’t that be something?
Ancient Greeks had philosophy and religion.
The Greek religion doesn’t strike me as wise.
And the city states did a lot of fighting.
I think they missed the mark.
I’m a member of the mormon church and they seem
to be one of the most charitable groups i could think of.
I think Christianity is better than Judaism.
I think the bible should be split in two and the old testimate
should be left behind with the Jews.

Dan says :

Absolutely. Threading down into the depths, one finds incalculable alternations, revisions, mixes retrievable for discovery of some negatively attributable courses, some not , to be retreived, leaving blank spaces, expanding or withering,
but all of some use,

Building blocks at least

Thank you Meno_, for visiting my thread.

And thank You for these pearls.

Good job Dan

Thank you so much.

What is a question?
What is the biggest question?
What is the best question?

A question is an expression of interest,
but it seems that interest is an instinctive process.
Something selected Interest, and made it a common theme
amoungst the human species. Most mammals, birds, etc.
are intrinsicly capable of paying attention.
To what they pay attention, is based in instinct.
It’s an inborn meta knowledge.
Genetic knowledge.
From here we can either build upon it,
or ignore it, or even reject it.
An animal cares about food, for example.
To not care, is a form of lifelessness.
To care is to live.
So, life has selected to care,
to care about answers.
Questions come about through care for attention.

Big questions are universal questions.
Often simplified at the loss of the concept.
Reduction and reality don’t mix well.

Superiority and inferiority are based on
the context and circumstance. An old example for me
is gills vs lungs. One works well in water,
one works well on land. But does that make them
inferior or superior to each other?
Superiority and inferiority are abstractions
which have come across as problematic all too often.
What is the best thing? What is the worst thing?
That depends on the sum of moral knowing a person has.
The sum is often unique. So the worst and best will
have a unique answer, instead of a common universal answer.
Let’s say we want a real best question,
instead of best-for-me.
“How” in general, and its sub specie : “should.”
How should we live? That is a good one.
Both decadence and nobility have their teeth
in how one should live. Most creatures live
based on instinct. So, it seems nihilistic to deny
human nature in favor of some kind of semi-new contraption.
We are born with a basic how of existing.
We can build upon it, or ignore it, or even deny it.

“The natural man is an enemy to God.”
When a religion pushes for something unnatural,
example : circumcision. They must first uproot
the natural, before they replace it.
Self proclaimed christians have burnt piles of bibles,
too. Nature-denying is a disease that has come
about through many mediums.

Animals tend to not own any tools or property.
They live purely as a self in the world.
Everything they have they were born with.
Humans have culture, however, and now technology, too.
Technology cannot replace nature, however.
We came about through nature.
We need nature like we need the earth.
It’s an inborn necessity. And from that nature,
came instinct, which leads attention and focus.

“Why? Because I said so.”
Will. This is what life came about through.
Before the truth and value of will was supplanted,
it was an easy, true answer to the question of:
“Why live?”. “Because I want to.”
Somehow, in our modern culture, will has become
an abstraction of desire. Petty, common desire.
The human world is too artificial.
To the point where it causes disease and confusion.

Our own nature guides us and provides answers.
If you over-water a plant, you kill it.
Desire is over watered upon our society.
Even to unusual and unnatural desires.
There must then be a desire to restore what was lost.
To re-discover our nature, and possibly
to create new natures, also.

Hey, Dan. I like the love of animals that speaks from your signature.

Animals have an environment, humans have a world.
Animals adapt to the environment, humans do the opposite.

Humans have bare skin, walk upright on two legs, have graceful hands with a thumb that they can put in an opposition position to the other fingers (humans can i.e. throw, they are throwers; they can use their hands like tools and use them to make other tools, first of all throwing tools, later vaccines and nanobots), they have brains so complex that they could conquer and have conquered the whole world with their technology, they made themselves gods.

In nature, a naked skin, the bipedalism, the upright walk, the graceful hands and, above all, the very complex brain are of no use to humans at all - on the contrary: all these cultural advantages are only disadvantages in nature. Humans are not capable of surviving in a purely natural way; they can survive only thanks to their culture, which is based on their non-natural resp. anti-natural features.

Human culture is a culture opposed to nature. It is based on distanciation, not on adaptation.

In rudiments, a little human resemblance can be detectable in some apes (i.e. chimpanzees, bonobos). But you only have to look at these apes and observe them for a longer time to realize that they are very far away from humans.

I agree with what you are saying.

Humans are animals exemplified.

Like noted in the matrix movie, humans are like viruses. Humans actually do have animal analogues.

They kill their host.
A brief comment about Truth.
