The dearest virtues of the Saint and of God

St. Thomas Aquinas (1225-1274)

To excel in the endeavor of erasing pain, that is the dearest virtue of man’s most blessed servants, and in the eyes of God the most unrightful pain is that which flows from a denial of His Word- that is, a denial of the Truth expressed in the Holy Bible as sanctified by the Roman Catholic Apostolic Church. But the dearest virtues of God also belong to the Saint, for they are love and veracity, and through His divine ministry speak both above all else.

I invite discussion regarding the concept of the dearest virtues of the Saint and of God, for example: if God is perfect are the virtues of love and veracity necessarily perfect too? Perhaps only somuch as they are divinely possessed by God? Perhaps you can formulate your own question regarding blessed virtue.
