“The First Communicators” Argument

I’ll pay you $5 to steel man this or try to break it if your feedback necessitates an update, or complete abandonment of the argument (note the questions are not in argument form… but you get where they are going, right?).

If you already know the meaning (animal language/programming), who put it in?

If you acquire the meaning (animal learning program), who put in the capacity to acquire?

If you can’t decode or encode meaning or capacity to learn it without a person to send, and another person to receive (both able to take turns as sender/receiver, and both able to teach each other how to encode/decode the meanings), and a messenger/medium through which to send/receive shared meaning — which came first?

Who Are the First Communicators Who Always Had to Exist or They Never Would Exist, Nor Would Anything Else?

(Also: Is this an argument by another name?)
