The resolution is panentheism, is it not?
Necessity is where the work is done, the work is Action, necessity is rest mass, everything outside is in relation with/to everything else that has rest mass. All of it happens within the source of contingent being which is necessary being. None of it would happen without Logos (the meaningful reason why).
