If we take Taurus as the beginning for a paradigm, I suppose we might call it the Taurus rising paradigm, some interesting things reveal themselves. And, why not? Taurus is the first sign where spring definitively shakes off the cold, the first Earth sign after winter, the first leader (fixed) sign. The only leader Earth sign. Leader in the sense of king: Mutable is the leader in the sense of those that go first, path openers. Cardinal is the leader in terms of keeping what is defined, like an actual cardinal. Fixed leads in the traditional, direct sense. It is not a paradigm exclusive of others, but this is not addressed to anybody that takes any paradigm that way. Within it, though, it is exclusive.
