The Self in Muslim Philosophy

Did the Bible predict the world’s second greatest, and soon to be number one, religion, which happened to be Abrahamic and purely monotheistic? Many people would think the Bible forgot that part. However:

Genesis 17:20

New International Version

20 And as for Ishmael, I have heard you: I will surely bless him; I will make him fruitful and will greatly increase his numbers. He will be the father of twelve rulers, and I will make him into a great nation.

**

When God says someone will become great, they don’t just end up in hell do they?

Also, regard the 12 prophesied rulers of Islam before the end of time:

It has been narrated on the authority of Jabir b. Samura who said:

I heard the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) say: Islam will continue to be triumphant until there have been twelve Caliphs. Then the Prophet (ﷺ) said something which I could not understand. I asked my father: What did he say? He said: He has said that all of them (twelve Caliphs) will be from the Quraish.

Also, remember, Christ (peace be upon him) foretold Ahmad (Many Muslim scholars, such as Ahmed Deedat, argue that this prediction refers to the “Paraclete” (Helper/Comforter) mentioned in the Gospel of John (14:16, 15:26, 16:7). They interpret “Paraclete” as a Greek distortion of Periclytos, which they translate as “praised one,” meaning Ahmad.) (spelled AHMD or HMD), the Comforter, and eventually Muhammad (spelled MHMD) (peace and blessings be upon him) arrived - his name had NEVER been used before:

John 14:26

King James Version

26 But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you.

The Comforter is not the Holy Ghost, the Holy Ghost is the Holy Ghost.
The Messiah isn’t God, God is God. Messiah is Messiah.
Quick reminder: read how the Qur’an corrects the Bible on a by-then 2,000 years prior event - that Joseph dealt with a King, not a Pharaoh!

Bye @reason4emotion I hope you research more my dear Sir!

Very controversial subject because there are so many opinions and so many views on this issue.

14 million white Europeans were enslaved by Muslims 17 Millions Black Africans were enslaved by Muslims Strange that you don’t learn this at school?

You know what’s gnarly, bro? There are no jews 'n muslims since, because these religions are totally imaginary, totally imaginary things can’t be the cause of human behavior… and so human behavior can’t be called jewish or muslim. Cool, right? Instead, there are latent drives, appetites, desires, energies of all kinds, finding expression through these religious narratives and language games. For example, the desire to dominate, possess, own, and control territory comes out in the name of such stuff as ‘promised lands given by god’. Likewise, the desire to fight, destroy, and conquer dresses itself up in allegories of whole slaughtered cities, drowned armies, and the like.

It’s simultaneously incredibly depressing to watch religious thinkers discuss anything at all and a relief to know that none of them will suffer finding out they were terribly wrong after they die. They will have passed quietly through a life they were completely removed from philosophically the entire time, then dissappear forever without missing a thing. That’s not a bad way to go at all, and i envy not being able to understand and suffer the troof, as i myself must. Ignorance truly is a kind of bliss and not to any real disadvantage when nothing really matters like Freddie Mercury, ya know?

Wrong again…there are no ethnicity caleld Jew or Muslims or Christian, but the dogma is producing a phenotype, with a particulate psychosis.

Social engineering.

Natural selection becoems social selection.

A dogma that can practice inbreeding, and isolation within other groups, over a long period of time, can produce a psychosomatic type.

Un-invested….in the present and the future.

Was it determined….or did you do it to yourself with every little judgment and choice you made, along the way?

So, who, or what, do you truly rebel against?
