Trade War already is going on under Omama, we just put massive steel tariffs on China. Should of been done under Bill Clinton.
Wall is being built, no way around this, and a lot if jobs are lost. It isn’t merely a case of them being “stolen”, but the site effects of non-investment of that currency back into the local and national economy directly as US workers do. Its being sent back to Mexico. Foreign labor at slave wages also suppress innovation, it’s why our native population here can’t adapt to jobs done by Mexicans, such has picking crops… it’s brutal, primitive work, next to no innovation since the 19th century for this aspect of agriculture. We lack the pioneers to update it, as it’s given to second class illegal workers who won’t invest in it new innovations… they have no connection to the land, many don’t connect with their employers, much less give a damn, so any ideas that pop into their heads to improve things is chucked out the window.
The battle for the wall is a battle for equality, most won’t be deported no matter how we try, but once up we can much better integrate those we have into the US, as well as extinguish the overland routes for the drug trade. Tunneling underground has been stopped between Egypt and Gaza… and for the kind of tunnels being constructed between the US and Mexico it’s even easier to detect using medieval anti-mining methods to detect the vibrations from digging… the solution is very inexpensive.
This will reduce crime and poverty significantly on both sides of the borders, as the cartels implode. People can invest their wealth into their home areas, instead of seeking the far and distant to do so, cash will be laundered far less, stabilizing out banking structure… likely leading to economic growth and more taxes. Those qualified to work in the US can be registered as legal alien workers, on a seasonal basis if need be, or longer stay, as it should be done. They will receive high pay, get much better rights, especially in the courts.
It is a win-win for everyone. Unless you support drug lords, poverty, racism, ignorance, and crime in general, in which case it is terrible, and you should continue suppressing their human rights though voting for Hillary. She is like the guy in crack houses who toss people cookies on the floor after they start getting for food afterwards. Thats not what showing your humanity means.
In regards to bombing Muslims, families, lass of warfare prohibit this, and congressional laws, including yearly classes for all troops, prohibits troops from following through. Killing the family members of terrorists has never worked, Israel comes the closest in the old policy of destroying the property of the families who kids turned to terrorism. This is marginally successful from a pragmatic standpoint at best… and Israel has ground access to these sites.
In order for us to do this, we would not only have to convince every soldier to violate the law, which 99.9% won’t, your more likely to gave US troops shootingbat one another in stopping this implementation than being successful in doing it… we would have to substantially increase our spy and data analysis efforts to find these families, and target them. I’m guessing the CIA can handle this information if significantly boosted, but wouldn’t be able to convince the Air force to follow suit on bombing civilians just cause a close relative was a terrorist. CIA has a very limited air wing, best chances are stones, but will need hosted nearby in a Muslim Country to do this. I doubt a Muslim country will agree to such a thing. Or a Christian, or a Jewish, or Buddhist, or even Satanic. You might get enough deep racists cobbled together from a questionnaire across the Marine Corps and Army to cobble together a few companies of SS wannabes, but I really doubt the Congressional Oversight Committee is gonna overlook this. Delta Force could do it, has done it, but only once, and it was against just one guy, Pablo in Colombia… andbthat was only after the drug lord attacked the Colombian Supreme Court with heavy mech units.
I severely doubt however that they would go along with thus, as they are elite soldiers, very well educated, and very experienced in war, who prefer high level kills than women and children. The idea of holding Women and Children hostage in concentration camps was started under the Boers, while effective, it requires the ability to go and pick these people up in the first place, and substantial facilities to hold them… which requires a massive firebase somewhere.
Plain and simply, it isn’t happening. We know where some of the wives to ISIS’ top leaders are, they are very publically living in exile. Trump knows this, he is merely stating it because it aligns with the sense of Obama’s policy bring utterly direction less and it angers everyone. He has fucked up even on the smallest things, such as training a Syrian Army (knew something was wrong when I couldn’t find the Jordanian training camp (didn’t exist as advertised) or grasp the point on sending units in piecemeal instead of at brigade strength well funded. It was deeply idiotic and disturbing, I could of achieved better results just heading over and training guts myself… any former soldier for that matter. Obama’s policy is one of severe incompetency, and has been a utter humanitarian disaster.
Russia has and is working with the US sometimes, I think under Trump he will just go the direction if a direct alliance with Assad through Putin, with US backing the Kurds and Arabs opposed to ISIS. If Assad fucks up, middle down Assad’s Ass. Think Putin gets Trump wouldn’t hesitate to do it. I doubt the war will last long. I do think we will have terrorism in the area for decades however, including child soldiers. When I hear Trump make these statements, I write it off as strong man bargaining positions for gaining the electorate and getting his way with foreign powers once in office. If people think he us this baddass, they are less likely to test him, or push political gambles like everyone has with Obama. Trump already said he will rely on specialists in the military to advise him… the very best. They will say stuff similar to what I have said, but with more insight and gravitas. Trump knows he wasn’t a soldier, but did attend military school. He gets the basic idea.
I would like to give Kerry limited credit, for not making any bad mistakes yet as Secretary of State like Clinton has. I honestly was expecting him to be a complete fuckup like Hillary was, but seems to be plating it safe. Unfortunately, playing it safe isn’t the best if your a superpower in war time, you gotta take risks to come to genius solutions in diplomacy and statecraft, such as putting together a decent coalition that can get the job done fast and thereby save lives on every side, but I can take playing it safe if it means no more accidental invasions of another country, like when we conquered Libya. I mean, honestly people, WTF… we conquered a country because of peer pressure and uncertainty regarding what to do. You toss the opposition E-Tools, Anti-Vehicle wire (it will stop even tanks) and some anti-tank guns with SF andvaitlr support… say don’t go past this point, then mediate a ceace fire, bring in UN peace keepers. We didn’t need to kill Qaddafi, he was freaking out from the rebellion regarding the Arab Spring. He will calm the fuck down if he sees someone else tempirazing them. We would still be in negotiations, he would be running his stupid mouth… but that’s what big countries do if they act at all. We didn’t even have to do that. We just walk around, blowing shit up cause Hillary and Obama are running shit like a bunch of scared and confused amatures. Really makes me sick.
Your misplaced fear in Trump, I have times 1000 regarding Hillary. She has the track record as a shithead. Trump is all talk, and indicated he would inquire to his top specialists regarding these things. Pentagon’s job is to be ready to bring war once ordered, but it isn’t their philosophy. They would be the first to applaud diplomacy over knee jerk invasions and massacres. Even if you could solve everything through tanks and strikes, andvI seriously doubt you can, I think they would mostball be the first to question if you should.
